Dance Queen Kaffy Confirms Her Marriage Has Ended And Explains Why....

Kaffy, a Popular Nigerian professional dancer and instructor has confirmed in her new podcast ''JustKaffy' that her marriage to her husband, Joseph Ameh has crashed.

She declared that she’s single but not searching.

There were rumours sometime in 2021 that the couple were separated; however, the dancer refused to address this.

Kaffy revealed that she was bitter in her marriage and that taking a chance to breakup her marriage was to see both parties grow in their different career.

According to her, marriage is supposed to be an alignment of destinies but hers didn’t work out that way.

The dancer said, “I wanted to see my ex-husband in his best version, so taking a chance to break this marriage was also to see that we both grew in what we are really supposed to be. Marriage is supposed to be an alignment of destinies driving towards a place God wants for them and mine didn’t work out that way.

Separation is not the end of life for both parties involved, in fact if you both are honest about why you have to go apart, you will realize how much better life can be. I was in a bitter place when it comes to my marriage, I was frustrated and angry but got freedom from that space and I’m in a space of healing and open to new relationships.

“I look at my ex-husband now and I don’t feel a type of way, but wish him the best. I’m single and not searching.

“Some people make it back, some don’t; what is ultimate is the outcome borne out of love, rather than looking at someone as the problem, you may be the enabler of that problem.”

Kaffy got married to Joseph Ameh in 2012 and they have two children.

    4. Anon 13:38 both are important, your career feeds you, you can’t live on love alone. That’s why we have a lot of lazy jobless girls flocking around like chickens, waiting for a man to feed them.

    6. As long as the children aren't affected and get more love when the parents are apart than together, I support.

Sometimes being the best version of yourself is best.
Some people see cold marriages as successful, marriages where parents go years without sex or intimacy,as long as there's no violence.
Sometimes parents feelings are valid too, why stay where there's no love, your children will watch that and treat their future spouses the same way.

As a parent, you matter too, these kids will grow up and leave you to their own homes, if you get too attached, it you become the "over bearing mother-in-law".
Please do what makes you happy too
Good luck to kaffy and her hubby

I am now, more than ever, CONVINCED, that marriage, love, wealth , good luck, health, long life, blessings staying permanently in ur hands, all depends on the kind of HEAD you came to this life with. You can never use another person’s life to judge your own. It is your head you should beg whenever yips want good things .

  18. They may have both felt unfulfilled or trapped in the marriage. Feeling if they weren't married they would have gone far in their carriers or their lives would have taken a different turn. Hmm is marriage for the faint hearted? no, do other couple feel same time to time? yes, no wonder it is said that marriage is a work in progress. The difference is the willingness and ability to want to weather the storm.

    3. Yes nutella exactly. I dont love 'divorce'. I love when 2 people that are starting to hate each other can separate and still focus on the welfare of their children. It is important to be able to realise that when you two cannot have a meeting of the minds it is better to separate without animosity. Mental health is very important.

But she has given the best reason so far, marriage is meant to be an alignment of destinies.
I pray I find mine right in this year.

  27. Kaffy!!!
So you grew by having an affair with your dancer employee while married to your husband? Kaffy!!!
You grew with your over active libido with which this dancer boyfriend fainted after several sessions of sexual intercourse in your marital bed? It almost caused a huge scandal as people thought he had died.

See ehn, do not make these Nigerian yeyebrities your idols. They are trashy people, even worse than you. Kaffy thinks she is a man and can be sexually promiscuous with no repercussions like undisciplined men.

Her husband is also a community pr*ck so both of them were busy doing tit-for-tat in the marriage until the center fell apart.

    Wish them both well

Seeing a therapist?? Are people no longer friends with their spouses? Cos I believe if you are friends, there would always be common ground for you to meet concerning any problems you might be facing as a couple. 32. Curtain falls! Marriage is a ship where all hands must be on deck, otherwise it wrecks

    ReplyDelete
  33. Truth be told. With the way we have re-educated ourselves from God's plan, marriage is not for everyone. And for those who still have the grace of marriage, every one of them have the type of man or woman fitted for them.

But the problems arise when a man or woman goes for the type of partner not fitted for them.

It is always hard to leave a marriage in which partners meet the core need of each other. Unfortunately some of us don't know what that need is. So we throw away rubies for rubbles.

May God Almighty continue to heal all troubled marriages and give those in peaceful working marriages the wisdom to know the value of what they have. Amen

  39. So sad. I will suggest that Guild of Actors (or whatever it is called) should please come together and pray for their marriages. Both the married and yet to be married. If we believe in the omnipotence of God, then we should commit our marriages to Him. They way our celebrities are losing their marriage is very alarming and the touch of GOd (my opinion)

  43. God instituted marriage and if you dont do it his way any shaking will tip the boat. a lot of people marry because they fall in love (which most times is infatuation) and they think that will keep them forever after. What God defines as love is outlined in the book of Corinthians but a lot of us just love based on feelings and what we see in the physical. God created man and then a woman to be his helpmeet. If you do not know what your calling or purpose is in life how do both of you walk together? a lot of us do not even know what we want in life early, we just marry then begin to discover ourselves. You now begin to realize that the person you are married to who has also discovered himself do not even have the same goals. Except both of you walk together in that journey of rediscovery then you can be sure there will be chaos.
Another problem i see in marriages is that people do not yet have a deeper understanding of their roles in marriages. Husbands love your wives as Christ loves the church and wives submit to your husbands. it is as simple as that.. yes someone might say what about those who are not Christians? if you check truly good marriages that have lasted there is that unity of purpose, love where both parties give and take and a commitment to make in work from husband and wife. Kaffy has always come across as serious minded and a woman who is focused so it is a shame this is happening.
