I wouldn't just conclude it's because he unveiled his fiancée or they were hoping he would marry any of them. Though Ibeekay and Rejoice are single, Blessing is a married woman with kids so was she also expecting Tim would marry her? There may be some internal issues that we do not know about. Coincidentally it happened after he unveiled the fiancee, what if it's the fiancée who is not comfortable with them around Tim? Remember they are very close to him and go everywhere with him for ministration.
