Saturday Breakfast Post...

 Today I am having a Breakfast Buffet before noon....




That Combination up there is a hit anytime any day, especially in the University, you can survive on Akara Burger the whole session... LOL

Naija food is the best for breakfast, once you load it, you dont get hungry easily...


Whatever it is that you are having for Breakfast, please enjoy it cos some have food but cannot eat and some can eat but have no food!

  2. Please I want to make egunsi, how do I go about it,can someone list the ingredients please. And I like washing before grinding,that means its not dry egunsi, and which pepper is the best for it. Thanks

      Egusi seeds, washed and pan dried to dry
      Any pepper of your choice (chop or blend, no tomatoes)
      Onions diced or blended
      Any proteins of your choice
      Crayfish blended

      Stockfish if desired
      Palm oil

      Boil all protein to your texture and set aside

      Grind egusi in powder form and knead in the onion paste

      Put palm oil on fire, when it turns slightly hot, scoop kneaded egusi into it lump by lump, the size of a spoon at a lime. Leave to fry, turning regularly

      When it has formed lumps, add your protein stock, stir in and leave to combine coon together
      Season to your taste with salt and stock cubes.
      Add proteins, add crayfish and vegetable of your choice (ugu, bitterleaf, Igbo)
      Summer for 2 minutes after adding veg and it is ready ..

      You can blend dadawa with crayfish if needed

      Can advise quantities of ingredients if needed

  4. I had rice with vegetable source and akara.
    Then I downed it with custard mixed with correct soybean powder and milk.

    About to take watermelon mixed with lemon juice. I will then take my sleep to another level...wheew...thanks for coming to my breakfast tedtalk.
