    1. Copied from Young grandma in her comment below so you can see it.

Egusi seeds, washed and pan dried to dry
Any pepper of your choice (chop or blend, no tomatoes)
      Onions diced or blended
      Any proteins of your choice
      Crayfish blended

      Stockfish if desired
      Palm oil

Boil all protein to your texture and set aside

Grind egusi in powder form and knead in the onion paste

Put palm oil on fire, when it turns slightly hot, scoop kneaded egusi into it lump by lump, the size of a spoon at a lime. Leave to fry, turning regularly

When it has formed lumps, add your protein stock, stir in and leave to combine coon together
Season to your taste with salt and stock cubes.
Add proteins, add crayfish and vegetable of your choice (ugu, bitterleaf, Igbo)
Summer for 2 minutes after adding veg and it is ready ..

You can blend dadawa with crayfish if needed

Can advise quantities of ingredients if needed
