DeleteDimplez, I know it's not easy but what you did is one of the causes of mental health problems in children. Please stop scaring your child before he develops panic attacks, nightmares etc. If a child cries a lot, it's for a health reason, kindly take him/her the hospital.
DeleteYour child's crying is for a reason. A two year old is too young to articulate what is ailing him but please start by taking him to a good hospital for some blood tests. It could be he’s vitamin D or calcium level is low; or a combination of other things. Time is of the essence if medical intervention is required but hopefully it’s just a phase he’ll soon grow out of.

DeleteI was the anon who asked on a past Friday night post about relocating to another city for work. I want to thank everyone for their advice, especially Uzu Anwuli. Her testimony about moving to Ekiti and flourishing there propelled me to get up and make a decision. I also thank the person who advised me to start applying from my previous city in preparation.
ReplyDeleteI prayed and decided to move, let it be that I took a step instead of sitting somewhere waiting for something to happen, without any hope. I figured even if things didn't work out in the new city, i would be happy knowing that I tried and was courageous to take a step.
Long story short, I got an interview the very next day I moved and the day following the interview, I got a call that I had the job! I had suffered endless rejections over the months and hearing that my very first application in this new city was my acceptance, it was so surreal! I got my offer letter and I am just so happy and so thankful to God and to you all who advised me.

If I hadn't taken this step to move, I might still have been waiting and getting rejected still. Uzu Anwuli, God used your testimony to encourage me. God bless you and everyone who commented that night. Thank you so much!

I was surprised wen one of the supervisors told me those were the things the sch principals used to bribe them.
The most annoying part is the mallam dat was given ram for next month sallah

A family friend she works with the ministry of education here in Abuja too. She use to claim chosen born again, when she goes for supervising she comes back with yam, rice and other foodstuffs and when we ask her ahhh auntie you a church person accepting all these items and she will say this is just appreciation and not corruption that she didn't take cash from them so it is not a sin.

God answers prayers, i prayed to God that i need money for someone's hospital bill, last week a friend refered her family friend to me for a traditional wedding cake, after bargaining with her she transferred 80% of the agreed amount, the following day she asked if i am into decoration i said yes because i have a decorator i work with, we bargained again and she accepted to pay 170,000 for the decoration, meanwhile when i showed the decorator the design the bride chose, she said that she will do it for 90,000 meanwhile i charged the bride 170k for it, i just settled the hospital bill with the remaining one,

It has nothing to do with integrity. Integrity comes in if she does not deliver as discussed. DeleteHi, I remember a few years ago, late 2019 precisely on a "Friday night post" like this I had commented I was tired and wanted to commit suicide. In fact, I had earlier held a bottle of "Sniper" (when the devil was using that one) in my hand that Friday. I got so much encouragement from blog visitors. I was really encouraged and I held on.
DeleteIt's almost 3 years and I have achieved so much since then that I cannot even believe it myself. It was not easy, it has not been but I held on, still holding on. I look back now and I laugh because the same things that pushed me to the brinks of suicide can not get my attention 10 times over. God has really helped me.
I've said all this to simply encourage you mate. Hold on! Trust the process, trust God. I'm not saying it's going to suddenly become easy. You'll be fine in the end. Don't give up and don't stop fighting. I wish I could physically give you a hug and say these things. Stay strong and stay fighting, you'll be fine.
You know why you wake up every dawn and realise you didn't die in your sleep no matter how hard you wished it? Your Creator isn't done with you on this side. Push on, and push through dear one. You will make it and soon be able to look back at this dark period and smile.
