FRIDAY IN HOUSE NEWS

 Hailings......

IN HOUSE MEMO.

How the go dey go? The stories i hear about Landlords and renting houses in Nigeria is really not a nice one...why is everything a money making business for some people in Nigeria? Crying for change but doing even worse to others? nah!

House rent on the increase without maintaining the houses? Landlord will ask for agency and lawyer fees when there is no agent or Lawyer....

If you are renting in Nigeria i hail you!.. E no easy!

I pray you have a breakthrough soon to get your own property...

To live in Naija is not easy and from all the stories i hear and read, my tired is tired.

See you in the Friday night post later.

Next week we will do that post that you guys are looking forward to....*wink*

GIST FROM COMMENT SECTION

Our former director, the first wife found out he impregnated and married one of the cleaners in his then Ministry.

Sharp sharp, the first wife went to lock the pregnancy. The second wife carried that pregnancy for two years. Gave birth to a baby girl who died almost immediately. Since then no pregnancy for her.

The first wife's pain was not just him marrying a cleaner but she hearing about it from outsiders. They are divorced now.

STOCK BROKING TIPS NEEDED

I know this is an unusual request but I need tips to resolve this stock broking challenge.

Mid July, i  requested from my Stock brokers for my stocks to be sold to take care of some urgent financial needs  without success.

I visited their office severally; made calls without success.  At a point they told me to exercise patience as CSCS is experiencing technical challenges and I am wondering for this long?

Please, if anyone has useful advise , let him offer ; so other people can learn too.
Thank you

This is bad oh.. So what is the use in buying stocks if you cant resell?

LEARN A LESSON

*A HUSBAND SAID TO HIS WIFE: I miss my family, I hope you will prepare lunch tomorrow, so I can invite them, it's been a while.

*The wife said with a sigh:* God willing, it will be good.

*The husband said*: OK, I will invite them.

The next morning, the husband went to work and at one o'clock he came home, and said to his wife: Did you cook lunch? My family will come in an hour.

*And the wife said*: No, I did not cook, because your family are not strangers, they can eat what is in the house.

*The husband said*: God forgive you! Why didn't you tell me yesterday that you won't cook and they will soon be arriving, what will I do?

*The wife said*: Call them and apologize to them, after all, they are not strangers.

The husband left the house upset and after a few minutes, there was a knock on the door. The wife got up, opened the door and was surprised to see her family, brothers, sisters and children!

Her father asked her, "Where is your husband?"

*She said to him*: He left a while ago.

*Her father said,* "Yesterday, your husband invited us for lunch. Is it possible for him to invite us and leave the house?"

The wife was stunned by the news, and began rubbing her hands, puzzled that the food in the house was not befitting for her family. She called her husband and said to him: Why didn't you tell me that you intended to invite my family for lunch?

*He said to her*: My family is your family, and yours is mine. There's no difference.

*She said to him*: Please bring ready-made food with you when coming, there is no food at home.

*The husband said:* I am very far from home and your family are not strangers, feed them from the food in the house as you wanted to feed my family...

*Moral Lesson: How you fell" you wey no like your husband family?

Copied

Some people are like this, they treat their family like kings and queens and treat others like trash.

Learn from this..

CHRONICLE POSTER WRITES IN

''Stella nwanyioma ..........

Kai Stella you are a very funny woman oo, I am the anonymous that was asking for help on how to get rid of the one night stand. That your response cracked me up for reals and then the E SLAP really reset my brain walahi lol.

But Mama that your response use style dey harsh oo. I am not an ashewo and I don’t go around on social media sleeping with men. It’s a dating app Mama and this is and will be the last I will ever do it, it was some sort of adventure for me.

I haven’t had s#x in 1 year 6 months and I have been so lonely, my body really needed it. I kept myself going and busy with my braided wig business but I couldn’t catch up again, I got cranky and was almost getting depressed, you know say konji na real bastard lol. But I am not making any excuses really.

We both ran some tests before doing it. The only thing that didn’t check out for me towards the guy is that I am not sure he is single. That’s the only thing because I don’t sleep with married men, but he said he wasn’t, but every other thing seemed fine.

Mama please I want to also use this opportunity to please ask, this might disqualify me but I don’t mind. They say ask and it shall be given. Please I need financial support in my wig business. I can send you proof on WhatsApp please if you don’t mind and if my asking has not already disqualified me. Please no vex for me. I promise to do better and look out for myself by not taking such risks again. thank you mama.

*OK we understand you well..... Make you find man if you feel say lack of nacking dey make you depressed... getting men the way you are doing might be dangerous
Money for wig business? I no get oooh.... God bless your business.

A neighbor of mine once gave my mother spoilt eba and Okro soup to eat. This was when we had nothing and were both struggling.

My mother had gone to her to ask if she had anything to eat. The woman told my mother that all she had was eba and soup. She asked if my mother wanted it.

"But you go fit chop my food?"

My mother assured her she can. Of cause, she wasn't expecting spoilt food.

When she brought the eba to the house in a plate and opened it, my father felt like throwing up.

    He was very upset.

"How can she do this to us?" He fumed angrily.

"Is it because we are poor? Or is it because we don't have anything to eat?" How can she be so cruel to give us food that she cannot eat?"

My mother tried to calm him down and asked him not to shout so she doesn't hear.

Still angry, he stood up and carried his shoe along. It was his only church shoe. That day he sold it to a shoemaker at our junction for peanuts.

He brought the money and handed it to my mother.

"Cook us something better to eat. Do not beg people anymore. If we don't have, it is better we starve than to beg and be mocked at." He cautioned.

That evening while she cooked, my mother asked my father to watch over the new soup, while she ran to buy candles. Just as she left, a knock sounded on my door. My father opened it and discovered it was our neighbor. The same woman that had brought us the spoilt soup.

She carried a pot in her hands and asked my father if she could warm her soup with our charcoal.

    My dad agreed.

While she was warming her soup, we kept perceiving this bad odour from her pot. And so when she had come to carry her soup, my father said to her.

    "This soup still good?"

    The woman chuckled.

"E good. Na the last one be this. I give your wife small this afternoon, and na this one I wan chop."

"But the soup don spoil na."

She looked at him and said:

"Food only spoil when you get option". For me wey no get option, e still good. And I go chop am like that."

My mother who was already back and inside started weeping as she overheard the woman.

That evening my father collected the pot from the woman and invited her into our house to eat with us. She was very happy. Before she left, he told my mother to share our pot of soup in two. We gave her half of the soup, while we kept half.
    Hmm,
Some of us take the good deeds of others for wickedness. We complain because what they gave to us was not what we expected them to give. But have we stopped to ask if what they gave us was their best or last?

We should look deeper, and be appreciative instead of complaining.

So many of us are victims of actions our parents, grandparents and forefathers did, but while they are gone now, we are the suffering from their actions spiritually, financially, mentally, in our business, at our places of work etc. Things that work easily for some people don't just work us. Some people carry over sicknesses from parents and doctors would say it's a generational sickness etc.
Therefore, I use this opportunity to invite you to this special service to break off any GENERATIONAL CURSES, spell, enchantments, divinations etc.
Locate any LIVING FAITH CHURCH around you and follow their buses. Transportation is free.
You can also watch us LIVE online. There are Four services to be held. So you can join anyone of them.

  56. One young lady I know is going to soon marry. She has seen red flag, red blanket, red roll up banner about her man but she has chosen to ignore.
Yes, no one's perfect. But can you buy car with engine, without seat etc? So also BASIC VALUES must be present in your partner before you say I do.

Do you see why I don't advise women even the ones that are married? Even if the husband is beating left right and centre, I will NEVER intervene. Since you consider your life worthless and chosen to remain wretched or even die at the hands of another man, so be it. E no 'consign' me.

So back to this lady, she has recieved sooooo many signs. Like I dont even know when God has been so kind to even give so many red flags, sister no wan hear, e wan marry. E wan answer missus.
Meanwhile the man she wants to marry, is obviously a cunning sly fox, forever begging, famzing and gossiping in peoples in boxes.
People don advise, call her, show evidence, aunty go run do podcast dey speak English, talmabout ' shigidi shagada superficial shu we shuwe'. Indeed one can be book smart and very very very very unintelligent, the exact type Nigerian men like. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
