Lagos State Gov Sanwo Olu's ALLEGED Baby Mama Grace Moses Claims She Met Him When He Was 19 Years Old

A woman named Grace Moses, has claimed to have a 27-year-old son for the  Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Governor of Lagos.

Grace has come out publicly to speak after her son, Emmanuel Sanwo-Olu dragged the Governor before the High Court 2 sitting in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta in December 2022.

In the lawsuit filed in court, Emmanuel wants the court to compel the governor to acknowledge him as his son and grant him all the rights he duly deserves.

In his court papers filed by his lawyer, J. O. Aikpokpo-Martins, Esq, Emmanuel in the 19-paragraph statement of claim attached to the writ, claimed that Governor Sanwo-Olu was a staff of a private company operating in Warri and its environs in Delta State from 1994 to 1995, and in the course of working and living in Warri that period, he had an amorous relationship with his mother, Grace Moses, from Oleri village near Warri metropolis, Delta State between 1994 and 1995.

He wants the Governor to agree to a DNA test to prove he is indeed his son.

Emmanuel, who does “casual jobs” to survive with his wife and three kids, told newsmen in December 2022, that for the past 27 years, he has not seen his father.

“I am 100 per cent sure that I am the son of Governor Sanwo-Olu. I just want to see the man, Sir, as my father.”

At the first hearing of the case in December, his counsel told newsmen at lawyers to Gov Sanwo-Olu had filed a motion to strike out the matter on the grounds that the Governor was not ready to wave his immunity.

However, the case resumed for hearing on Monday, 17 January, 2023

While speaking to Galaxy TV after the hearing, the 47-year-old mother of Emmanuel said she is certain Gov Sanwo-Olu is Emmanuel’s father.

”My message to Sanwo-Olu is, he should come and have his child. The baby is grown up. He is troubling me. If not for God, I would have been dead by now.
Because of the pregnancy I couldn’t go to school due to pressure from my mother who chased me out of the house because they had waited for Sanwo-Olu to no avail.

“In my bid to abort the pregnancy, I drank “lime, but E no gree commot.
I started selling pig for people and got paid N150 which I used for the upkeep of myself and the baby. The baby is now grown and he’s threatening to kill me if I do not show him his father.”

The woman claimed that she met the Lagos State Governor in 1995 when he was 19.

“Governor Sanwo-Olu was working with an oil company, Saipem, at Ubogo Community in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State at that time.

“We began a relationship which resulted in pregnancy. The governor took me to a hospital in Agbarho Community, Ughelli North Local Government Area where he terminated the pregnancy.”

The woman who spoke in pidgin English said: “After few days, Sanwo-Olu also had sex with me which resulted in another pregnancy. Since then, Sanwo-Olu abandoned me and travelled out of the state on the grounds that he was transferred to work in Maiduguri, Borno State.

“I was left to carry the pregnancy and delivered the baby all alone without the assistance of Sanwo-Olu and any member of his family. I told my son, Emanuel Sanwo-Olu that his father is not a cripple. Up till now, he has refused to grant me and his son, Emmanuel Sanwo-Olu audience.”

    1. Let Sanwo-Olu do the right thing here. A simple DNA test will prevent all this embarrassing brohaha. Every child deserves to know who their father is and where and what they come from. Every human has two parts and when one part of your history is missing, you feel incomplete. Which I think is the situation here. The mother days the boy has always disturbed her to tell him who is father is such that she even has to be running away from him cos of the way he disturbs her about it. It just co-incidence that the man is Governor Sanwo-Olu cos I think this young man just wants to know who his father is.

    1. Everything is not party and politics. If he knows they are liars, a simple DNA will put that to rest.

  3. This is screaming looking for bamiiiiiiiiiii, if this is true, he needs to attend to his son.
You can't go about sowing seed like an irrigation tap and don't envision this kind of story, society says a child will look for his father when he's old enough, so Sanwo should embrace his son/

  12. There's an element of truth in this matter. It's possible Gov. Sanwo is the father of that young man. Let him go for a DNA test to ascertain the truth.

  20. That was how Pele denied his daughter till his will was made public after his death. He listed her as his daughter. Sad thing is, she died years ago but has two sons. He called and spoke with them a day before he died. So, their mothers part of the money Pele left her, goes to the two boys.
Sanwo-Olu needs to do a DNA test and help this woman in whatever way he can

    1. True. Why make his daughter seem like a liar, even with DNA done, and refuse to recognize her up until she died and then turn around to acknowledge her as his daughter in his will? She even had to go to court to be able to change her last name to his while she was alive. Very wicked act.

  21. The simple solution to all this nonsense is - no marriage, no sex.

When sex is attached only to marriage as it should be, all these irresponsibilities will be greatly reduced.

  24. She left her studies as a19 year old to run after an oil company worker and got the short end of the stick. This is a lesson better learned from someone else's mistakes as it is to expensive to experience firsthand.

Plainly, this woman has no one else to blame for this situation but herself. I'll keep saying even Rawlings father rejected him till death but the young Jerry, why his mother by his side, made something of himself.

As an adult and father, you get the message. If this man has truncated his own life and goals, you would not be looking for him and threatening to kill the woman who raised you. She also would not be blaming a man who built his own career and had a stellar family for her station in life. Is it really responsible to have three kids at 27 years old knowing you are a hungry man instead of bettering your prospects? So you really think a distant stranger and his wife were working for you to inherit for all these years because you share genes? If he was the one who came looking for you, what would you be able to tender? The man who claimed to be Akintola's lovechild was a judge. He could look the premier's children in the street and not feel out of place.

Your mother had a baby, she did not lose from the relationship if it did occur. Build your own family and legacy as every orphan on earth is doing. I don't know of any law that will force an adult to tender his genetic makeup because another adult is claiming to be his child. If you want to change your name, you don't need anyone's consent
