  1. Please I just want to ask those of you who wear body cons, what kind of seamless shapewear do you wear? The one I ordered just arrived strong like bullet proof. How on earth am I supposed to wear this UNDER anything at all and it wont show????🤦‍♀️

    1. I don't wear bodycon. But Spanx is the brand of sjapewear those ppl wear. The only thing is that spanx is pricey. Go to a lingerie store and try on the shapewear to find one you like. They will have them thete.

  2. I NEED HELP AND ADVICE.

I saw a long time school mate nd was telling me the truth that I don't take care of my skin. I am light in complexion but not with a smooth skin. I drink water a lot and eat garlic too with vegetables and fruits.

I was told I have crow feet on my face (had to browse for crow's feet).
    I am in my thirties.

I told her I use pawpaw lotion. She sha told me to make use of a good sunscreen and a very good moisturizer.

We didn't have much time to talk because she was in a hurry in her car (God bless me tremendously too...Amen) and couldn't collect her phone nos too.

I browsed and browsed and I saw glycolic acid online for face.

Please, I was just introduced here, what can reduce crow's feet
and how can i achieve great skin milky tone.

I think when one is wealthy and rich, their skin looks great naturally unlike the poor ones managing. Am I right?

BTW, she told me to use vit c too.

What I just need now is a good sunscreen and moisturizer for light skin (tested and trusted) ,not bleaching ones or Cotonu.I don't mind saving for it but not too expensive

    Thanks so much

    1. Do u always walk under the sun, if yes get a sunscreen as suggested byt of no, pls forget it. Bioderma is a good sunscreen. Queen helen is a good moisturiser.
As for the crow feet buy blue seal vaseline apply on the affected part every night, buy 30 days beauty secret it's a very good supplement that will make u look younger and glow its btwen 8-10k, if u have money and the mind to spend it, buy estee lauder it works like mad but very expensive, it's a repair cream for ur face. It's btwn 25-60k.
Make sure u take self made smoothiez daily especially collagen boosting fruits, u will glow effortlessly, don't be lazy abt it, be consistent

    2. I’ll advice you watch YouTube videos. Just search skincare and loads of videos will pop up. Most of the products listed are usually budget friendly. YouTube videos on skincare has helped my skin tremendously.

    3. But Paw Paw lotion is also a bleaching cream made in Abidjan, I had to Google it.
You have to stop using that lotion for now because it contains hydroquinone.

There are good lotions relatively cheap, like Dr Teal's range of products.

Fair and white brand is a good brand.

Most importantly buy a good sunscreen, there are so many brands out there.
The Nigerian sun fit roast plantain well well talk more of the damage to one's skin.

    4. Poster I am light in complexion, though not your typical oyibo pepper. I look 6-8 years younger than my age.
      This is my routine:
Bathing Soap: Foreign Herbal Extract. Cream: Fair and white gold2, Yoghurt scrub and Papaya Extract scrub once a while. I use Dr Rashel face cream, serum and hydro whatever Vitamin C serum.
I take a supplement called Cocollagen as an after breakfast beverage. I take another called Splina with my drinking water once a while. I detoxify once a while.
I take fruits for dinner everyday mostly green apples and cucumber.
I drink mostly malt, wine and vodka. I don’t get drunk. No beer, Coke etc.
I work out at least 3 times a week. I sleep 8 hours every day. I glow like the morning sun. You can try this.
Mind you, this could be a difficult routine if you are not single.

    5. Go to a dermatologist. We cannot see your skin and using acids in a hot climate is tricky. Talk to the dermatologist and they will recommend some treatments specifically for your skin.

    6. Which one is God bless me.. are you jealous she has a car and you don't or what?

Get collagen supplements or retin a for the crows feet and clarins or qei+ oriental lotion and serum for your skin

    7. Nothing can reduce crows feet.
      You are almost 40.
How young do you want to look again?
Don't waste money on marketing hype.
Just eat well, rest well and avoid stress.
All these lotions, pills, injections etc will only minimise for a time if at all they do work, then the effect wears off then you have to increase dosage until nothing works again.
Your face is not made of metal.
      It is skin.
      It must show age.
There is nothing wrong with that.

Don't feel down she has a car and you don't. People are blessed at various times.
You've to stop using those Cotonou creams e.g the pawpaw lotion you use.
Crow's feet is aging process. Eat more fruits and veggies, reduce soda and alcohol and be happy.
Good and not expensive skin care is fair and white, start with it. Remember to scrub for 3 days with apricot scrub or the fair and white scrub gels before starting the lotion and soap.

    2. Thanks for your response, but the banks aren't paying cash. I have gone to different banks and didn't get any cash, and that is after standing in line for hours just to enter inside the bank.
The last one I went to, I stood in line until my legs started shaking before I was able to enter, and still I was told "no cash". I even begged them to pay me in N20 notes, they said they don't have.

    3. Naira is the new gold now..I'm hoarding mine too..everyone is hoarding that's why it's not in circulation..I threatened my bank of removing all my money,my account officer ran around and sourced some money for me..I only use it to buy things I cant get from the supermarket..bankers are giving cash to their real customers that has plenty money with them..if you have atachiri ego, they will tell you there is no money...have you asked your self how POS operators get the cash they sell?..some bankers are cashing out from this..

      Delete
    4. On top of cash crunch, the bank will insist on closing by 2pm, after keeping people waiting for hours on end. If they know the number of customers they're prepared to see in a day, why not draw the line there and ask others to come another day but they'll be busy handing out numbers/tallies like party gift packs at a bday bash.

The entire cashless policy is really business unfriendly. Everywhere u go is dry. No customers/clients streaming in. Staff have become lackadaisical about their work. A lot of business outfits have closed. Bankers and POS operators are now 'kings'. So much stress and confusion in the country; and a clueless government just keeps looking on with nothing to offer as solution in sight. God will deliver Nigeria.

      Delete
    5. Anon 18.17, you have said it all.

I just want to understand one good thing this cashless policy and cash redesign crunch has achieved for us? I either can't transfer or the recepient claim not to receive or, iy gets reverted.
I don't have cash, the pos biz ppl, say they don't have cash.

One of my customers, iya amala, says she is thinking of closing her business. This is someone blessed plentycustomers o. She said sourcing for her ingredients is tough because the farmers do not trust transfers and they also do not like the charges heaped on them.

I myself struggle to get to and from the office. I can't use bolt with my huge salary and cabs/keke don't accept transfers.

They saw its for a good reason, same rhing they said during the stress of NIN to SIM, yet kidnapping
and other crimes continue, why am I Nigerian???

Please someone, anyone, please tell me the benefit of this new cash thing?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. First deworm them. Buy haliborange multi. Give them orange or citrus fruits. Add butter to their meal

      Delete
    2. They don’t necessarily need supplements, always add fruit to their backpack when going to school. If you still want to add supplements well kids is ok. Also ensure they eat adequate diet.
For skin why not use baby secret milk lotion as it contains spf(sunscreen) to help protect their skin and it’s soap or shower gel. It can be used till age 15yrs or even dove baby too.
Limit their exposure to sun and if you can’t you can equally get kids sunscreen (they will thank you later)
Once in awhile I use shea butter for my daughter.

    3. 🤦‍♀️ You as the parent are you 'butty'? whatever that means.
You want a child of 6 years and 3 years to glow?
      Glow to where?
As far as you are feeding that child good food, fruits &vegetables?
Then nothing else, unless you want to by bleaching cream so your children can 'glow' or pump them full of steroids.
I don't support giving children multivitamins unless they are severely malnourished.

Anon, first deworm your kids. Buy pyrantrin for them, the age appropriate own. It is a deworming drug. The food they eat will start showing.

Then make smoothies for them(blend banana and add milk, blend water melon and apples together, blend pawpaw with cabbage, etc. Do it at least thrice weekly for them
Also add enough milk to their cereals every morning.

Lastly, make sure they drink plenty water especially during the day. Increase the water they take to school.

    6. Madam fear God o. 6year old and 3year old and you are already worried about their skin “glowing”? Chai ! Pls focus on raising smart confident kids and forget about “glow”. Give them positive words of affirmation, shower them with words on encouragement . And watch their inner Godliness radiate out. Don’t teach them colorism! They’re too young. Ordinary Vaseline is good enough till a child enters secondary school . There is nothing like glowing for kids . Do they have a rash? Do they have measles? Your kids are healthy and happy you want to use your hand and spoil what God has given them. Did our forefathers use all this nonsense concoctions we are using to damage our skin in the name of “glow” “tone”” natural complexion”.. “fresh”. Yes I said it! Save your money madam. Pls pls I beg you in the name of almighty God pls! Blog visitors.. the time we spend worrying on our kids skin color, glowness, spend it teaching them kindness to others, self confidence, the word of God

Pls, I make my baby pap with corn, millet and Guinea corn. But I noticed that if he does not take it immediately after I finish making it, it turns watery.
How do I retain the thickness after mixing with milk for at least 30 minutes pls?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Why don't you add the milk whenever the baby wants to take the pap instead of adding the milk and waiting.

      Delete
    2. Milk makes it watery..mix the one your baby will finish at a go..pap made with these are my favorite..

      Delete
    3. How many times do you grind the mixture? I grind mine like 3x. It makes the pap thick and rise (me I dunno know the English to use)
Also, make the pap paste thick(like add small qty of water) before adding your hot water. And heat the pap(in a pot) for some time before you feed.
There are some people's pap that turns watery like that. Very annoying.

      Delete
    4. It's the milk, add milk just when your baby is about to drink it.

      Delete
    5. After making the pap ( make it on the fire). Pour into a flask without adding milk. Take the quantity your child wants to eat and add milk to it in the cup and mix. Dont add milk to everything that you made.

    3. The money is most probably gone.
Type their names on Google, you will see for yourself.
Research on them. Also, tell your mum to insist on collecting her money . Tell her to disturb them and come up with a good story of what she needs the money for, urgently.

    2. She should rush to hospital immediately let them operate it. Let her not be deceived that it's nothing & after wards it becomes something. Check if it's cancerous

    1. Pls, move to Canada 🇨🇦 Asap! Don't let this opportunity pass you by. You can always secure your admission. Move and birth your child overseas. Don't worry God will give you wisdom and strength when you relocate.

    3. Go with your pregnancy as you ain’t the first nor the last. Even nursing students here in Uk enter classes with pregnancy.

    4. Don't really know much about the Canadian study route just the UK and I know its a challenge coming in pregnant especially if you haven't got help with childcare

  29. My husband is a professional surveyor and we are trying to fully establish the surveying business. According to him, you cannot do public adverts according to their law.
I just want to know how else he can get new clients. He works mostly in Lagos and Ogun State. Very competent and trustworthy. I just want to see him grow as we both try to succeed.
