    She likely accidently dislodged the blood clot in her ophthalmic artery that was causing the blockade that led to her loss of vision. Hopefully, its truly for the better, one prays the clot doesn't lodge itself somewhere more critical afterwards. Clots are better dissolved than dislodged.
