THE PSYCHOLOGY OF LAZINESS

-. Lazy people often have the most creative minds, as they are constantly seeking ways to do less work.

-. The psychology of laziness is not simply a lack of motivation, but a deeper resistance to exerting effort.

- Procrastination is often a symptom of laziness, as individuals delay tasks due to a desire to avoid the effort required.

- The fear of failure can manifest as laziness, as individuals may prefer to avoid trying altogether than risk not meeting their own high expectations.

- Laziness is not inherently a negative trait, but rather a characteristic that can be harnessed and managed effectively.

- Understanding the underlying psychological factors behind laziness can help individuals develop strategies to overcome it.

-. The psychology of laziness is multifaceted, encompassing elements of motivation, self-discipline, and mindset.

- Laziness can be a self-perpetuating cycle, as the less one accomplishes, the more difficult it becomes to find the motivation to start new tasks.

-. Addressing laziness requires self-reflection, goal-setting, and cultivating a growth mindset.

-. Embracing small, achievable tasks can help combat laziness and build momentum towards larger goals.

Lessons from the book "The Psychology of Laziness" by Mohammad Shakeel

*DEAR MEN!......

*After years of working as a nurse in a male medical ward, I can tell you 2 things I've observed.........

* 1.... As a married man, the only person who's going to be by your bedside when you are sick is your wife. I repeat, your wife......On rare occasions, your kids will be there. For a while though! Only your wife can leave whatever she's doing to be with you. Your siblings may come and go, your friends may visit, but your wife is the only one who will wholeheartedly stay with you throughout your ordeal in the hospital.

2..... The way you treated your wife when you were healthy always shows in the way she will treat you when you are sick. I've seen this pattern play out daily. You see those wives who are being treated well doing everything they can to make their husbands get well. They disturb the health care practitioners, they cry, they rake, they pray, they go above and beyond to make their husbands get better. Well, the reverse is the case with the abused wife. Her laissez faire attitude will be topnotch. You will sleep and wake up in your poo. You'll starve. She's just staying there for staying sake.

Some will leave you in the hospital for like 2 or 3 days before returning from wherever they went to unwind. You will report to your people, they'll yell on the phone and still nothing will happen. One told her in-laws to come and cut her hands and place it on her husband's buttocks to clean his poo. You will do nothing. Your family will do nothing. You will be helpless.

I know you must be thinking that you can revenge if she's the one on sick bed but No you can't..... .. .. Why? Because you won't be the one taking care of her during her time in the hospital. You can't even bring yourself to sleep in the hospital. You'll employ the services of other people to do the job for you. Her people too will be there for her. Your children will be hovering around her. You think I'm lying? Try walking into any hospital, compare the male wards and the female wards. You will have a clear understanding of what I'm talking about. Whenever I hear men brag about cheating and supremacy, I laugh.

Do not dare your woman. For you'll pay through your nose when the time comes. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

 Treat your women better.

    1. congratulations.

The words of wisdom from experiences at the hospital ward is so true. Wise Men treat their wives with utmost love and tenderness. Only by so doing will your old age be full of fulfilment, rest and peace. The kids all know and take note.

Congratulations to the data recipients and God bless you immensely Glam Granny

    3. This "treat your wife well because of tomorrow" is pure blackmail.

We should treat people well because it is the right way to live.

There is no guarantee that a wife would outlive her husband in better health. Husbands outlive wives in good health. Men/husbands also physically nurse terminally ill wives. It is not always the children or wives' siblings who turn up to nurse wives in old age or ill-health. Children and siblings abandon mothers too or may be incapable of nursing when needed to do so because of age, or finance, or distance of residence, or lack of time.

A lot of heartless and wicked wives have covered up their wickedness or vengeful cold hardheartedness with the alibi that they were not treated well by their husband.

Some wives even use this excuse to waste their husbands resources and their children inheritance by being wasteful with money given to them for family use.

The sad part of this mantra is that it is the women who decide what being treated well is. A husband may live straight and do all he is capable of. But if the wife is ever suspicious and not satisfied, that it is. She is free to do whatever she likes and when asked why, she says the husband did something wrong to her when they married 28 or 35 years ago.

Husbands have been known to ostracized their family to please wives, built and bought to please wives, care for their wives' terminally ill parents until death, trained younger brothers/sisters-in-law, etc. But in their last days, the wives were not at their sides even though the husbands still met all financial duty while sick. In one case, the woman is believed to have met her Waterloo when she abandoned her husband at home to sit in her shop selling "nothing" compared to what the man had done for her and her family and was still doing from his bed.

Wives are permitted to use this "treat your wife" to cover evil acts. Husbands are allowed to use "I am a man. Men are..." in different forms to cover evil acts. None of the two excuses helps marriages. And the circle continues.

    2. AMEND YOUR WAYS NOW BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.

The grace is still available, the hour of mercy have not yet passed. The voice of God is still pleading and weeping for your soul to open up your heart. Accept him now, while there is still time. Jer. 3:21

      1cor 15:34
Awake now from your sleep of sin and awake unto righteousness, for u have swimmed in the ocean of sin far too long.

Turn to Jesus today and recieve him in your heart.
Why don't u try this God and see how wonderful he is. He and he alone can never dissapoint you.

The battle for your soul is fierce, please surrender today to be on the winning side. You will never regret it.

      Say this prayer of salvation

Dear lord jesus, I'm sorry for all my sins, please come into my life, i believe you died on the cross of calvary for me, and on the 3rd day you rose again, come and be my lord and personal saviour. Wash away my sins and bring me into your loving light. Amen

  7. Reno Omokri speaks up for Pastor Kumuyi after being called a "conman" by an Obidient for saying his mind

Pastor Kumuyi never campaigned for any Presidential candidate, unlike people like Pastor Enenche, who openly campaigned for Peter Obi. No matter who won the election, Pastor Kumuyi would have still asked Nigerians to believe in Nigeria, even if it were Peter Obi.

He is eighty-two years old, and throughout his life, he has never been accused of theft, financial misconduct or fraud. He is not one of those pastors who preach tithe and financial breakthroughs.

How investments in education are helping Nigeria. Of the top five students in the last JAMB UTME results, three were from schools he and the ministry God entrusted to him founded. None of his students forge results and are defended by some elites. They pass genuinely.

Why would you Obidients castigate and malign him simply for asking g Nigerians to believe in Nigeria? He did not ask Nigerians to believe in Tinubu. He asked us to believe in our God and our country. Or do you guys have hatred for Nigeria? Do you have a hidden agenda for the division of this country?

If not, can you guys tell us precisely what crone Pastor Kumuyi committed?

  14. Reno Omokri makes a case in the Yegveny Prigozhin and Nigerian situation

Do you see how Wagner boss, Yevgeny Prigozhin, died? That is how critics of the Nigerian government would have died or disappeared if a particular candidate had emerged as Nigeria's President. Think of the death threats made against my family and me. The threats against the Kutis and the injunction to burn down Fela's shrine. The way Pastor Poju was insulted and pilloried. How Professor Wole Solyinos was both threatened and insulted. The threat to the life of Seyi Law's daughter. Recall the mobbing and public humiliation of the elderly Lamidi Apapa. The hounding and death threats against Sam Omatseye. The threats to take out the children of Justice Haruna Tsammani of the Presidential Election Petition Court and the publication of their photographs. The cocking of a gun by one of them in a now viral video where he threatened those who would not vote for their candidate.

Put-in the same position, their candidate would allow his followers to do worse than what is done in some dictatorial countries. Nigeria dodged a bullet. And we must prepare to reject that bullet whenever it reappears.

Did you know that the late musical maestro Ras Kimono was married to 3 wives? However, we do not know if he had them all at the same time, or divorced one and married another.

Did you know the hidden meaning behind Bob Marley’s I shot the Sherrif is about birth control? Bob opposed the use of birth control, found it sacrilegious and disliked the doctor who prescribed the pills to his girlfriend. Hence, the Doctor is the Sherrif he referenced to in the song.

The Late American musician Prince was the songwriter of Sinead O’Connor’s β€œNothing Compares 2U.”

Thank Waju for delivering,God bless you.

The note to men is the absolute truth. I used to have a neighbor that was neglecting her sick husband. The man was sick and this woman will leave him inside and go for her business and parties. I was just wondering why she was behaving like that until one day I was with her and a woman with a baby on her back passed she greeted the woman. When the woman left she now told me that the woman is her husband baby mama and the baby the woman was carrying was their grandchild. I was surprised, especially on how she greeted the woman nicely. That was when she told me the story of her life, how her husband squndered his money on women and maltreated her. How was doing wash and wear while the husband opened a business for women outside. She was known with one wrapper, she was it in the night and wear in the morning. In fact after hearing her story,I stopped judging the way she was treating the hubby cause he deserved it. Laslas the man died.
