  2. Light To The Nations!!
    Philippians 2:14-15.

    Excerpts!!

"There's so much poverty in the world that's not supposed to be there. Poverty is not from God; it's man-made. The poverty and wickedness in the world are because of the selfishness of man, and that's because Satan introduced that selfishness into man's heart. He's responsible for the darkness in our world."

"This is the time for us, as God's people, to use what God has given us and take our place as the light of the world."

"So, arise and shine. Impact your world. You're the hope and solution that the world needs."

    Confession!!

I'm the hope and solution that the world needs, for the Lord has sent me as a light to bring glory, excellence and meaning to the lives of those around me. I'm God's hands of love, mercy and compassion to the world. Praise God!

    ✓KNOW YOURSELF PART FOURTEEN
If someone has experienced negging, it's important for them to recognize it as a manipulative, toxic and harmful behavior. Here are some tips to assist victims of negging:

1.) Recognize the Behavior: Understand that negging is a form of emotional manipulation aimed at lowering your self-esteem.

2.) Trust Your Instincts: If something feels off or uncomfortable about someone's comments, trust your gut feelings and prioritize your well-being.

3.) Set Boundaries: Learn to assert boundaries and clearly communicate what behavior is unacceptable to you. It's okay to stand up for yourself.

4.) Surround Yourself with Supportive People: Seek out and maintain relationships with people who genuinely respect and uplift you. Their support can help counteract the effects of negging.

5.) Self-Love and Self-Care: Practice self-love and self-care to build your self-esteem and resilience. Focus on your strengths and accomplishments.

6.) Seek Professional Help: If you're struggling with the emotional impact of negging, consider speaking with a therapist or counselor who can provide guidance and support.

7.) Educate Others: Raise awareness about negging and its harmful effects in your community or social circles. Education is a powerful tool in preventing such behaviors.

8.) Report Harassment: If the negging occurs online or in a professional setting, report the harassment to the appropriate authorities or platforms.
Nobody deserves to be treated poorly or manipulated. Surround yourself with positivity and remember your worth.
These statements may seem like compliments at first, but upon closer examination, they contain subtle put-downs or implications that the person is lacking in some way. It's a manipulative tactic aimed at lowering someone's self-esteem to make them more receptive to the negger's advances or influence.

  7. GOD’S PLAN FOR YOUR MONEY

'You will be enriched in every way.' 2 Corinthians 9:11 NLT

One church leader told his congregation, 'The good news is, we have enough money here this morning to build a new church.' Then he added, 'The bad news is, it's still in your pockets!' Some of us grew up believing it was wrong to ask God for money because that was a sign of greed and selfishness. And it can be, but it doesn't have to be. When you pray, 'Lord, bless me financially so that I can give to your work and fulfil your plans,' you're in proper spiritual alignment with God.

In part, the explosive growth of the New Testament church was due to some Christians willing to sell their assets in order to finance the will of God. Barnabas was one of them: 'He sold a field he owned and brought the money to the apostles' (Acts 4:37 NLT). And Barnabas wasn't the only one: 'Those who owned land or houses would sell them and bring the money to the apostles' (Acts 4:34-35 NLT). Among those who followed Christ were women married to wealthy and powerful men. As a result, Jesus needed a treasurer to take care of their funds.

Scripturally speaking, here is the bottom line when it comes to money: if you honour God, he will honour you, and if you put his work first, he will bless your work. Jesus said, 'Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need...don't worry about tomorrow' (Matthew 6:33-34 NLT). Here is God's will for you: 'You will be enriched in every way so that you can always be generous' (2 Corinthians 9:11 NLT).

  8. Which is correct?
    At 2pm, I'll be there.
    By 2pm, I'll be there.

    At 2pm, I will be there. ✅
    By 2pm, I will be there. ✅

Both are correct; they have different meanings.

    USE OF 'BY'
'By' is often used to mean ‘before but not later than’ when referring to a given time or deadline.

    For example 👇

    👉 By 2pm, I will be there.
(It means any time before 2pm but not later than 2pm.)

👉 I'll be up by 6 in the morning tomorrow.
(Which means: any time before 6am but not later than 6am)

    USE OF 'AT'
'At' is used to refer to a precise or specific time.

Precise is an adjective which means exact and accurate.

    For example 👇

At 2pm, I will be there. (It means exactly 2pm)

The bells for church service will ring at 12 noon. (Which means: it'll ring exactly at the stated time)
    .........

    Hey you!
    I'm rooting for you! ✌🏾

  18. Reno Omokri reiterates you-know-what

“We received a number of similar complaints and we regret that you are unhappy with our findings on this matter. We have looked into this and the BBC has not seen any evidence that the certificate was forged. We contacted the @ChicagoState University and they confirmed that Bola Tinubu graduated from the university in 1979 with a Bachelor’s degree. We believe our text piece has been informative and responsible, reporting known facts. We therefore stand by our journalism.”

-@BBCWorld in response to massive complaints from some Nigerians.

    He commends PBAT

President Bola Tinubu's policy directive for Federal Executive Council meetings to be held on Mondays rather than Wednesdays is commendable. It makes sense to start the week with a meeting to set the pace of the week, rather than hold it midweek and allow the week to run you rather than you running it.

I will also suggest that ministers be made to submit whatever memo they want to be discussed at the FEC latest by the Friday before the Monday FEC. That will make meetings sharper, shorter and more effective since members will be well briefed on the agenda beforehand.

Now he is going to prison to rub shoulders with criminals. He should have just gone back to school or find another hustle.

She said she is happy that a woman is doing what men do all the time, preventing their ex wives from seeing the kids. I told her that in this case, both parties are well connected and have money, so no one can bully the other. Unlike in some cases where one person will be poor or won't have helper, the other person will do whatever they like and go away with it.
