  1. TAKEAWAY FROM YESTERDAY'S MATCH:
    1. Football is still the best unifying factor for Nigerians. This is the only time we don't care about tribe or religion. We are united in victory!
    2. If we play the final like we played in the 1st half yesterday, we no go win o. Our boys will need to up their game against Cote d'ivoire!
    3. Stanley Nwabali is a gem! He will achieve greatness in football if he stays FOCUSED.
    4. Those people vilifying Ola Aina have no knowledge of football. That boy has been one of our brightest stars in this tournament. Plus, the best players miss penalties.
    5. Tactically, our coach Peseiro, has done well, especially with substitutions. We all had our doubts about him, but it's time to give him his flowers.
    6. Dear Nigerians, there are people who serve God in Cote d'ivoire too. Abi una think say God love una pass the people for Cote d'ivoire? πŸ™„
    7. Lastly, Bafana Bafana really played well, but ubuntu Super Eagles mambezi no gree for anybody, zubulwayo kumta, anamzu champions nakupenda Africa!!

  2. What More Do You Want!!
    2 Peter 1:3.

"Have you ever pondered on the fact that God is greater than everything He made? He sure is. Now, this same God, not only did He give you all things, not only has He blessed you with ALL spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ, He also gave you Himself. Nothing could be greater. That’s the meaning of Christ in you."

"He gave you His life, His Name, and His wealth, and you’re seated together with Him in the heavenly realms. What more do you want? Take your place of dominion, reigning and ruling with Him. Amen."

    Prayer!!

I’m what God says I am, I have all He says I have, and I can do all things in His Name. All things are possible to me because I believe. I’m rich in all things, having inherited all things, for I’m a joint-heir with Christ! Praise God!

I almost get BP later in the day make I go check my BP.
But I thought they said South Africa keeper is very good in keeping penalties, it's because he has not met the Super Eagles. Let's go guys the Cup is coming home.
But let's say the truth, Alex Iwobi is a Flop.

Southie keeper na fluke him take stop those penalties that day, when him see better players spot kick,he was found wanting 🀣🀣🀣🀣

  10. IT COMES BACK

You gain more by giving than you do by demanding. Whatever you need or want or otherwise seek, find ways to offer.

If you wish to learn, a powerful way is to teach. To be better understood, do the work and spend the time to understand.

Life, and the people who live it, reflect your attitude back to you, often with remarkable fidelity. Those around you regularly pick up on and mimic your priorities, your actions and expressions.

You can’t compel anyone to treat you better. Yet you can choose precisely how you interact with everyone else, and that has a big impact.

You have much more power than you may realize. That power is best exercised not through complaints and demands, but with the contributions you make and the genuine favors you offer.

Listen patiently, care sincerely, engage respectfully, speak and act honestly. Because one way or another, it comes back to you.

Sometimes, academic brilliance lulls people into complacency.

This is why many third-class or average students end up becoming the bosses, and employing the first-class degree holders. They knew they had to fight outside of the classrooms too.''

If you were sensible enough, you would see or notice the quote in the statement. What does quote mean in a sentence? The thinking emoji should also give you a clue that I was quoting a comment.

    4. @Teejay, I am way sensible to know that when one puts quotation marks around a phrase, that one still needs to write the original author of the quote or at least write *copied. Still, don't get done for plagiarism..if you are a graduate like you say you are, you would know I make a lot of sense...you are being quite slimy for not putting copied under your posts..just saying..and please no need for insults .πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»

    ✔️KNOW YOURSELF. PART 118

    MICRO REJECTIONS IN RELATIONSHIPS.

Micro rejections in relationships refer to subtle, often unintentional actions or behaviors that convey a sense of dismissal or neglect. These can be non-verbal cues, such as lack of eye contact, dismissive body language, or brief responses that signal a lack of interest. While individually these may seem insignificant, over time, they can accumulate and negatively impact the emotional connection between individuals. Recognizing and addressing these subtle cues is crucial for maintaining a healthy and communicative relationship.

DIFFERENT WAYS IN WHICH COUPLES SHOW EACH OTHER MICRO REJECTIONS:

    1.) Non-Verbal Cues:

a.) Lack of Eye Contact: Avoiding eye contact during conversations can convey disinterest or distraction.
b.) Closed Body Language: Crossing arms or turning away may signal defensiveness or emotional distance.

    2.) Communication Patterns:

a.) Minimal Responses: Responding with short or vague answers can suggest a lack of engagement.
b.) Delayed Responses: Consistently taking a long time to reply may indicate a lack of prioritization.

    3.) Distractions During Quality Time:

a.) Using Devices: Constantly checking phones or engaging in other distractions during quality time can be perceived as neglectful.
b.) Zoning Out: Being mentally absent during conversations or activities shows a lack of emotional presence.

    4.) Failure to Acknowledge:

a.) Ignoring Achievements: Failing to acknowledge or celebrate each other's accomplishments may create a sense of indifference.
b.) Dismissing Feelings: Minimizing or dismissing emotions can make one partner feel invalidated.

    5.) Unilateral Decision-Making:

a.) Making Decisions Alone: Making important decisions without consulting or considering the partner's input can lead to feelings of exclusion.
b.) Disregarding Preferences: Ignoring preferences and choices without discussion can be perceived as inconsiderate.

    6.) Physical Intimacy:

a.) Lack of Affection: Withholding physical affection or intimacy may signal emotional distance.
b.) Rejecting Initiatives: Consistently turning down advances without explanation can lead to feelings of rejection.

    7.) Emotional Unavailability:

a.) Avoiding Conversations: Avoiding discussions about feelings or relationship concerns can create a sense of emotional distance.
b.) Withholding Support: Not offering emotional support during challenging times can make one feel unsupported.

These behaviors may not always be intentional, and open communication is crucial for addressing and understanding each other's needs in a relationship.

I'm writing to you regarding the high levels of dust and dry cold that you've been bringing lately.
While I know that these are your natural tendencies, they're having some negative effects on the environment and the people who live in it.
The dust can cause respiratory problems, and the cold weather can damage plants and crops. I know you're just doing what you're meant to do, but could you please find a way to be a little more gentle with your dust and cold?

  34. DONT BURN OUT

'A faithful person who can find?' Proverbs 20:6 NIV

Pastor Rowland Croucher writes: 'The children had gone to school, my wife was off to work, and I did something I'd never done before. I turned the phone down, put a note on the door, and went back to bed. I was burned out. Within two months I had resigned my ministry...Three out of four pastors report anger, depression, fear and alienation. The reasons include...a disparity between idealistic expectations and hard reality...lack of boundaries...workaholism...feelings of incompetence...conflict between being a leader and being a servant at the same time... "playing it safe" to avoid upsetting powerful parishioners...and loneliness (pastors are less likely to have a close friend than almost anybody).'

Ministering in your own strength virtually guarantees you will end up as another statistic. Paul was able to go the distance and finish strong because he depended on God to give him the needed strength.

One Bible teacher says avoiding burnout means: (a) having a definite call on your life and a strong relationship with Jesus, (b) seeking his vision and being willing to do whatever he asks, (c) never losing sight of the people behind the work, (d) never taking your position for granted, (e) respecting the guy above you and submitting willingly to authority, (f) knowing that you're fulfilling God's will and your reward is laid up in Heaven, (g) having a servant's heart, (h) putting loyalty above personal feelings, and (i) never being too big to do small things, or too small to do big things. Practise these principles and you won't burn out.

  44. The victory gbensh of last night is still sweeting me. Women with husbands who love football will understand. This man knacked me with all his might, like his life depended on how well he does it, left, right and centre. After super eagles won, he and neigbours went out and had some bottles to celebrate. He came back and knacked me better apako. I pray we win the finals so that I will receive that type of knacking again.
