Amaju Pinnick, the CEO of Brown hill Investment Company,Amaju sued Davido Music Worldwide Limited(DMW) owned by Singer,Davido over breach of contract, after Davido failed to perform at the ' Warri Again' Concert'.
In the suit, Pinnick had prayed the court to award a sum of N2 billion as general damages against Davido for failing to honor the contract.
In a new turn of event, both parties parties has on Thursday, March 21, 2024 told a Delta High Court sitting in Effurun that they have agreed to settle out of court, and the court granted their request.
Davido's lawyer, Mr. Oladayo Ogungbe also confirmed that both parties had been able to settle out of Court, terming it as a win-win situation for both.
He also confirmed that Davido would be coming again to Warri to perform,which forms part of the settlement.
