Hmmm 10k a week in jnr sch and it increased when I was in ss.

ReplyDeleteFrom #100 to #200 in the early 90s to mid-90s. For each of us, my cousins and I. It was crazy that between being in primary 5/6 and not being able to finish spending #1, to finishing #100 in our form one, inflation hits home.

That was in 2005. I really don't remember o. My dad used to give it my guardian and top it up from time to time

ReplyDelete2000 naira. I remember when my pocket money was stolen from my cupboard. I was given 2000, and I just removed 100 naira remaining 1900.

University, after school fees, nothing much o. That period was tough for my family. Therefore, I sold all sorts to feed in school. Thank God for my room mate & friends.
