ReplyDeleteI don't understand why the court will award costs against VDM's preliminary objection.
ReplyDeleteThe court should have simply ruled for or against the motion, and then proceeded to hear the merits of the defamation suit.
This will ultimately delay the matter as he is most likely going to appeal against this ruling.
