Rapper Diddy Trial - Dawn Testimony Continues And Cassies EX BFF Kerry Makes Shocking Revelations

The defence were frustrated with singer Dawn's testimony on Friday.
Remember she claimed Diddy h*t Cassie with a skillet (frying pan) while at his home, he told her and her colleagues not to talk or they might wound up missing.
So the defence attorney lady Nicole made sure to drill her.

Prosecution: What does that mean when he said you could go missing?

Dawn: Like I could die.

Prosecution: What did you see when you would be with Diddy and Cassie?

Dawn: He'd p∆nch her in the mouth for having an opinion. The bodyguards will see it too and ignore it.

Prosecution: What will Cassie do?

Dawn: Cover the bruises with hats, glasses and makeup.

She also said she often stayed with her to make her feel safe and supported
She spoke about a West Hollywood get-together where Diddy and Cassie were arguing, he gave her a b|0w in the stomach in front of people.

Cassie was embarrassed.
They went back to the car with Dawn, Cassie asked him why he did it.
Diddy p0pp#d her in the mouth and said shut the eff up.
Nobody said anything.

(You wonder how she made Cassie feel safe).

Diddy was like whenever he's ready for her to have a singing career he will.
He'll put in something every now and then but she was never going to amount to a real star.

Dawn said she'll tell Cassie to leave.
But it didn't look like she wanted to leave, so she didn't get too involved.

DEFENCE ATTORNEY NICOLE

Nicole wasn't playing.
She said, "if justice is what you're looking for it's been served with the 20m Cassie got, in my opinion."
She continued, "you currently have a civil suit motion dismissal pending. Let's talk about last year, you spoke to the feds about 7 times"

Dawn: A few.
Nicole: No, 7 times.

One time you told the feds Diddy wacked her with the skillet, the other time he dropped the skillet on the ground and wh_00-ped her, another time he threw the eggs, another time he did a backflip with the skillet.

Why does the egg and skillet story keep changing?
Dawn said she was just telling the stories to the best of her ability.
Nicole goes, "You never mentioned the part about people going missing from Diddy to the feds last year"

Dawn said "I tell my stories as I remember them"
Iron lady Nicole said, "listen Dawn, you did those many interviews with the feds, you didn't mention being afraid for your life, but somehow you remember that today? Won't that be the first thing you'd tell the US government?" (They ate on that one).

And then she'd be like, oh maybe you forgot (sarcastic tone) lol.

Nicole wasn't done. She said "there was a time you stated Diddy dragged Cassie out of the car into the grass, correct?"
Dawn said she never said that.

Nicole: Would you like me to refresh your memory? Look at this page in your civil suit (hands her the document) look up at me when you're done.

Dawn: (Sees it) That was a misquote by the lawyer. 

Nicole: You said there was an event Cassie was being b#@ten, that should've been caught on camera. Where's the footage?

She couldn't provide any, although she said that Usher and Ne Yo were at the event.
Nicole: You'd agree that Mr Combs is a celebrity (throws shade) you were once one yourself.

Dawn: 🤧🤧🤧

DRUGS (One Stop)

Nicole: Who's giving the money to One Stop the dr∆g dealer?

Dawn: Diddy's assistant

Are you aware that when you did an interview with the government you said you've never seen anyone buy drugs from One Stop?
Dawn: 🤧🤧🤧

They referred to an interview where
Dawn was saying she was so scared and afraid to be around Diddy.
Then pulled up receipts of her messaging and calling Diddy wanting to come back to Dirty Money group and work for him.

Defence: Why would you be reaching out to a man that threatened your life? 

NICOLE THROWS MORE SHADE

When asked if she was a huge star in Diddy's all-female band Danity Kane, Dawn replied "Yes".
Nicole: You'd agree with me that as soon as you started releasing music on your own your numbers didn't hit the same. No offence.

You'd agree that you were UPSET that Diddy ruined your career TWICE by ending Danity Kane and Dirty Money. And now you don't have fame anymore.
Dawn said "I was sad"

Nicole: You'd agree that you've been trying to be successful at music for a looonng time, haven't you?

Dawn said "I'm successful"

Nicole goes, "was successful" 

Mind you, Diddy was laughing.

The defence were pretty much saying Dawn is broke and bitter because Diddy didn't make her achieve her dream music career.

Kerry Morgan, Cassie's ex-best friend of 17 years - the one that Diddy allegedly h|t at the back of the h€°@d with a hanger.

She doesn't talk to both Cassie and Diddy anymore since the incident and isn't interested in helping any of the two sides.

Defence: Why are you here?

Kerry: Because I was subpoenaed, I don't want to be here.

Defence: Do you want to testify?

Kerry: No, but I have to. I've moved on from all this people

She said Cassie lost her whole personality and confidence once she got with Diddy.
He had a lot of mood swings.
He would always criticize her looks, and dictate who she should talk to and what she should do.

Defence: Would you ever talk to Cassie about her music career plans with regards to Diddy?

Kerry: Cassie would be so frustrated because she'd work but it'll never be put out.
He was controlling her and wouldn't let her drop music
She mentioned her trip with them to Jamaica in 2013.

Nevertheless, she always went back to him.

Even after that viral InterContinental hotel incident of 2016, Diddy came to Cassie's house and was banging the door with a hammer for 30 minutes.
Once the police came, he left, but Cassie wasn't willing to cooperate with the police.

Cassie would say she couldn't leave him because he controlled her job, finances, and passport.
After building her strength to leave, once she spends time with him and they fix her up, she'd be okay with staying.

After Diddy h*t her with a hanger in 2018, she wanted to sue him.
Cassie made her feel like she was making a big deal of it, she gave her an NDA to sign and never mention it again.
Kerry signed it and Cassie and Diddy paid her $30k.
She said she's not talking to her former bestie (Cassie) because she hasn't contacted her and didn't support her when Diddy did that to her.

In other words, she chose Diddy over a healthy friendship of 17 years, a friendship that dates back to when they were roommates in school.

Diddy used money as a major control tool for Cassie.
Dawn has bills to pay and needs some of Diddy's money.
Kerry seems to be the most CREDIBLE witness so far.
