DeleteLet the person that knows his job stay, results comes from that one. The one that is loyal us looking for favour and may mess things up in the future.
I think the underperformer can be taught but you don't teach people loyalty.

DeleteAs hard as it may sound, the loyal employee deserves to stay. I mean, although a novice, by default, he'd want the company to grow and so can be trained and taught while on the job. He'll learn, give his best and foster growth in the company.
DeleteThe disloyal employee on the other hand, even though he knows his onions, can leave at anytime, causing a wreck.
I'd chose loyal but underperforming. Loyalty is key👌🏽

10 juicy red 🍅 tomatoes
3 cups of whole milk powder
2 cups of sweetened condensed 🥛
¼ cup of gelatin
2 🥣 spoons of vanilla extract.
25 popsicle sticks
Ice cream box.

How the taste wan be like this nah?that sweetened condensed milk is a no no for me...why didnt u use banana for sweetener instead?
DeleteBanana, yes but you blend ½ cup 🍶 of granulated sugar to smooth powder like a glucose powder and add, if not kiwi and tomatoes will not allow it to "ice cream". It will taste "bland".
Delete🥝 Kiwi and raw tomatoes are the most hated. I'm on a hiding spree btw. If they smell them tininini ,it will be dumped in the sink.
Use a tray with cover like the Silicone mold tray, the black one has tight cover, it freezes tight and everyone loves the "kpùlù kpùlù" round cubes🍡 It's neater too because of the cover.
Freeze for 4 hours and voila!
