Suspended Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan appears poised to resume plenary today, despite warnings from the Senate that her suspension remains in force and binding. The lawmaker representing Kogi Central, who was suspended in March, 2025 revealed over the weekend that she had formally notified the Senate of her intention to return, citing a recent court decision as her basis.
She should just be careful.

ReplyDeleteShe has mentally concluded that there's no space for her in the 10th senate. She is doing this to have her suspension further elongated to curry more sympathy pending when election campaigns begin.
ReplyDeleteThis is someone that read the same judgement, moved to appeal it and stayed home after the ruling, citing legal advice (since she didn't have enough understanding of obiter that her serious colleagues have . All of a sudden "I am a lawyer" wants to trend again.
