DeleteIs there a sector in Nigeria that haven't declared warning strike. I was in a discussion few days ago and I said to the people listening. Nigerian problems are mainly institutional. There's no institution in Nigeria actively working. If the institutions are working, every leader will be held accountable for their misdeed and abysmal performance.
