If I were Fubara, I'd go about consulting the members of the house and elders in my political family to forge forward on projects, appointments and appropriation at the same time, meeting with security top guns and laying down the law on frustrated cash-tivists who helped to mislead him and to set off these issues in the first place. The first thing on resumption is to pay outstanding salaries and benefits to the former LGA chairmen who's pay and allocations he illegally stopped. Next will be that of the parliament members.
