Mahrez opened the scoring as early as the 2nd minute, setting the tone early. Then Mahrez added the second goal in the 61st minute with a lovely finish, Ibrahim Maza then sealed the win by scoring in the 85th minute to make the final score 3-0.

AFCON 2025- Algeria Beats Sudan 3-0
Algeria kicked off their AFCON 2025 campaign with a convincing 3-0 victory against Sudan, in Rabat. The Algerians showed their dominance with two goals from Riyad Mahrez and then one from Ibrahim Maza.
