 Five Star breakfast for anyone.....

Those of you who know how to prepare delicious Nigerian food dont know how blessed you are...... Today its Latte macchiato for me!-...LOL

    For me oooo, cooking is not just a hobby, there's this inner joy I have while watching people eat my food and smile.
    Just had my Cobizco Green tea Apple and Cinnamon with 2 boiled eggs.

  16. Have Nigerians always been this obsessed with rice? We need to inform ourselves on the drawback of grains especially now that men are walking about with full bossoms and belly fat is so challenging to shed.

    I love the ofada stew but I'll prefer it with something like yam or sweet potatoes.

    Stella, I'm sure you'll find cooking videos by people like sisi Yemmie and aunt Jemima helpful and easy to follow for naija recipes.

    I used to select the cuisine of different regions to cook every 6 months and videos on YouTube that expanded my expertise. Today, I am an expert in most common Indian, Italian, French, Ghanaian and Nigerian recipes even though I still use the videos to tweak my results. For a picky eater, this has been so helpful.
