NOTORIOUS FOR JESUS

It was my due date with no labour sign, and I was returning from church with my protruding belly when a man, a father to one Sister Favor, that had attended my church before, called me and asked of I liked coconut. He lived on the same street as mine.
I pointed at my daughter and said, she liked it. I don't know why I directed the answer to her but the man stood up, went in, and returned with a large coconut, which he handed to my daughter. When we got home and my husband wanted to break it, I suddenly asked to be given the water.

I was given in a jar and I drank it and under five minutes, I was in actual labor. My body was on fire. Did this man know coconut water can induce labor and gave me on purpose? I don't know but my family went to get the landlady who rode us to the hospital in her car. It was a two flat apartments, she stays in the front while we occupy the back.

At the hospital, there was no single nurse in sight but we had seen a log book with the names and numbers of the workers and the superior's information. We called the superior and she gave us her word that she would call the nurses on duty.
Well, the nurses arrived and started to attend to me. However, they were hostile. Till date, I do not understand why I have separate experience with this hospital as opposed my daughter's. It was at a different hospital and the nurses there were friendly and kind.
These ones kept screaming at me and wouldn't stop whining that I was indolent. I felt terrible because they were doing the exact opposite of what I expected, encouraged me to be brave.

They instructed me to lay on the bed and prepared the room for delivery but kept going in and out, telling me the baby is still in there without attempt to emerge. But there I laid, feeling otherwise. I was stretched to the limit and I lost my cool and started screaming because at that point, I became extremely uncomfortable but they simply ignored.

After many back and forth, they decided to see the situation of the baby before one of them yelled that my baby's head is nearly out. I opened my legs wide to get him out when they instructed me to push and I had a bad tear, but thankfully, I heard my baby crying which made for a consolation. He was a beautiful boy with full head of hair and that made me forget my pain. He was the most handsome child I have ever beheld, with dreamy eyes that bear resemblance with an angel. I quickly double check on his private because I have heard stories of "switched baby at birth" .

However, I was the only one who birthed a baby in that hospital that night. My heart was full. My husband and daughter were the only ones with me and we started to call and inform friends when I was taken to the ward. They were all excited and started trooping for visits early next day.

WOW...This is labour room drama...... I heard coconut water makes things easy. The man probably saw the pregnancy was due and noted your discomfort

SOME WOMEN LIVE LIKE SNAKES IN THEIR HOMES

Moving quietly.
Avoiding their husbands.
Avoiding intimacy.
Avoiding conversations.
Because something feels different down there.
And instead of hospital?
They call it spiritual attack.
They say someone is after them.

But let’s tell the uncomfortable truth.
Many cases of vXginal prolapse happen after multiple pregnancies and deliveries.
After carrying children.
After pushing for hours.
After tearing and healing.
After years of pelvic muscles holding weight they were never strengthened for.
And the painful irony?

The same husband you’re hiding the pelvic problem from Is part of the story.
If you didn’t carry pregnancies.
If you didn’t deliver children.
If your body didn’t stretch and strain Would you be dealing with prolapse today?
Let that sink in.
Yet you’re ashamed.
You’re hiding.
You’re praying secretly.
You adjust your walking style.
You avoid sxx.
You’re suffering silently.
Meanwhile, prolapse is a medical condition.
Pelvic floor weakness.
Hormonal changes.
Childbirth trauma.
Aging.
Not curse.
Not punishment.
Not spiritual arrow.
Controversial truth?
Society praises women for giving birth.
But stays silent about what childbirth can do to their bodies.

We celebrate the baby.
We ignore the mother’s pelvis.
And many women are quietly adjusting their lives around discomfort….
instead of seeking treatment.
You are not possessed.
You are not broken.
You are not alone.
But hiding it will not fix it.
Let’s talk about it.
Because silence is the real enemy here.
If this post makes you uncomfortable…
good.
Women’s health should not be a secret.
Copied

I Know about two BVs that had this thing and her marriage ended cos the man did not understand what she was passing through....I hope she is OK now!

WEIRD FACTS

----Studies have found that being a “bad boy” is no longer perceived as “cool.”

---The strongest competition you'll ever face is the battle against your own procrastination.

---Studies have proven that praise rather than criticism is the best way to help employees improve.

The one I know is Castor oil and dates. Dates helped me a lot with my 2nd childbirth 😊

    2. That Castor oil I refused to drink it. I heard the labour will be intense. A natural way of inducing is trekking. It worked for me in my last pregnancy. I trekked like a homeless child.
