The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has declared 52 year old former Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Sadiya Umar Farouq, wanted for criminal conspiracy, abuse of office, and diversion of public funds.

Honestly, this is frustrating! I work with one of the agencies under the humanitarian ministry and as a lvl 9 officer, I do not earn 150,000 naira. Yet, these people steal so much. Recently the head of service and Federal Government increased some allowances for all civil servants but it won't even take effect till October. What is the essence if we have to wait another 6months when the country is already a mess?
