Repeated cyber harassment and intimidation;
Publishing personal identifying information (doxxing);
Attempts to coerce repayment of voluntarily provided financial assistance;
Publishing highly sensitive material involving our client.
2. LEGAL ASSESSMENT (GERMAN LAW)
Based on our preliminary legal review, your actions constitute serious criminal offences under German law, including but not limited to:
Coercion (§ 240 Strafgesetzbuch – StGB);
Defamation (§§ 185–187 StGB);
Violation of intimate privacy through image or video (§ 201a StGB);
Unlawful disclosure of personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation.
Such conduct is regarded as serious and prosecutable under German law.
3. FORMAL DEMAND
You are hereby required to:
Immediately cease and desist from any further harassment, or intimidation directed at our client;
Immediately remove all content, posts, or references relating to our client from platforms under your control;
Refrain from any use, dissemination, or threatened disclosure of personal or sensitive material.
4. DEADLINE AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
You are granted a strict deadline of 48 HOURS from receipt of this notice to fully comply.
Failure to comply will result in immediate legal action without further notice, including but not limited to:
Filing a complaint with the competent German authorities, including the Bundeskriminalamt and the relevant State Public Prosecutor’s Office (Staatsanwaltschaft);
Initiation of civil proceedings seeking injunctive relief and damages;
Filing complaints before the competent data protection authority under GDPR.
All available evidence has been secured and will be submitted accordingly.
