Former Cross River State Governor Donald Duke’s daughter, Donna Duke, has officially married her longtime partner Tobechukwu Rapu, the son of renowned Nigerian pastor and humanitarian Dr. Tony Rapu.
The couple held their traditional wedding in Calabar in January 2026, followed by a beautiful white wedding ceremony in Greece, attended by close family and friends.
