There's a place called Afor Nnobi ogbe nkwu in our home zone.
They gather freshly tapped palm wine from early mor mor, ring bell at a given fixed time and start selling.
One keg of 5 liters each. Before 11am. No foamy palm wine again. Exporters take it home, filter and courier. *Licks lips* Everywhere is like a desert 😂if you dare come late.

Adulterated and light palm wine everywhere. When you asked, they'll always say it's original meanwhile it has been diluted with enough water.

And bacteria infected too. Freeze or drink fresh.
