TikTok star Peller and his wife Jarvis have collected the papers to the house gifted to them on their wedding celebration on Saturday August 1, 2026
At the wedding celebration, real estate businessman King Ochacho (Mohamed Adah) presented them with a brand new mansion in Abuja’s Life Camp area. He said the house is worth ₦400 million and sits near his own Palace 7 compound. The gift came from him and his children, who see Peller as a good example for young people.
Videos and photos show King Ochacho handing over the receipt and property papers to Peller in the presence of Media personality Soso Soberekon and both their lawyers present. Peller signed them. The house is a semi-detached duplex with a boys’ quarters and penthouse. It is still being finished, and Ochacho said he will help furnish it in the coming weeks.
Ochacho has called the ₦400 million amount “small money” from his family and promised even bigger things for Peller in the future. No conditions were attached. No promotions or deals were required.

The gifter said the mansion still belongs to his son but the reciever can stay there whenever they are in the capital city. He also said reciever should name their offspring after his son.
ReplyDelete*Walks out of post while whistling Psquare's audio money*
I think this was fake sha as this wasn’t what he said but those fake bloggers captioned it that way.
DeleteEka Joy,iss Aboki is correct
DeleteIf you zoom on the photos or use photo editing to make it clearer, you will see power of attorney written on that blue one.
It means Peller can act on behalf of the owner of the property, he can live there like the news said yesterday, he can use it as he wishes but it still belongs to Mr Ocha, he can withdraw the power of attorney anytime without telling Peller.
Also, if Mr Ocha dies, the power of attorney becomes invalid.
I think they are using it to create content and bring more customers for the man because he is into real estate.
"A power of attorney (POA) is a legal document that allows one person (called the principal) to give another person (called the agent or attorney-in-fact) the authority to make decisions or act on their behalf."
DeleteThat is what that document in blue means.
Then the other document may be agreements signed by both parties and their lawyers.
I think they r trying to promote the sons career
