ReplyDeletePeople should be truthful about their weight loss biko. There's no stigma against it. I'm tired about the whole diet story. Diet is only a part of it. It will takes years of diet to lose this much. If u had surgery please admit it. It will help others.

You ar always asked to shed some weight before you are eligible for gastric bypass surgery so for some,d Cambridge diet is just a means to shed d required amount of pounds before going in for d surgery. Nelly's friend Nosa,left d country after a while on the Cambridge diet nd the next thing was Nelly splashing an almost completely slimed down photo of Nosa. When I saw dat pic, i knew it was d handiwork of gastric bypass. Nothing wrong about it doh,only lying about it is.
