FG Declares March 25 And 28 Public Holidays For Easter

The Federal Government has declared Friday, March 25 and Monday, March 28
as public holidays to mark the Good Friday and Easter celebrations
respectively.



The Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazau, declared this in a statement in Abuja on Tuesday.

Dambazau urged Nigerians to use the occasion to pray for peace and unity

across the nation while wishing Nigerians and Christians the world over a happy Easter celebrations.

      I'm a size 8 just trying to remain there o but e be like say my down below don run go 10😂😂😂 I no want my upper body and my belle to follow run go size 10.

      Avoid white carbs,eat wheat bread if you feel like eating bread and eat brown rice(leave Mama gold rice alone😂😂😂) I eat basmati too but brown rice is the best.
      Make okra soup your best friend.(avoid Egusi soup like a plague) .
      I blend Quaker oats and prepare it like wheat to eat my soup(sometimes I eat semolina when I'm eating out).
      I eat once a day.....fruit morning and evening,you can take smoothie too (sometimes I cheat though ☺️).
      I go on roadwork/ jog 4/5 times in a week.
      Avoid alcohol (you can cheat once in a while though).
      I drink a lot of water and I take my green tea once a day.
      50 squats every morning,my pasta is 100 percent whole grain .....i don't eat noodles.
      Avoid red meat,eat fish and chicken .
      I heard sex is good too😀
