  10. Am having bread and tea for breakfast.

Aunty stellz, what u saw in the shop is grounded walnut. It can be mixed with water, salt, crayfish, knorr, pepper, palm oil and vegetable (optional) and then wrapped in nylon, banana leaf or foil and cooked just d way moi moi is cooked; okpa is very nutritious and delicious as well. You can try it one day and I assure u dat will love it. Its a delicacy of the easterners by the way...Have a lovely Saturday everyone.

  13. Agbalumo kwa?

Stellz, you no go kee pesin o.

It's bambara nut flour. It's prepared in a similar way with moi moi, only that you'd have to add palm oil as opposed to vegetable oil for moi moi.

Very delicious and nutritious meal, if prepared right.
You can even add boiled eggs or fish to the mixture, before cooking, if you feel like.

It's white oats and bread for the win, over here.

One person can't be this ignorant na.

It is a legume, a very highly proteinous one at that.

It is either the second or third most important legume in our continent, the last time I checked.

I don't know what the ajekpako statement means, but you obviously have never priced a bag of bambara nut flour.

Oh, 'dun' and 'wnt' are also ajekpako spellings, hope you know.

U can cook it with maize abi corn, as in jellof style with orishiri such as mangala, shrimp, crayfish, ogiri, fresh pepper, bitterleaf, red oil, snail or u can fry it and eat it with palmkernel or coconut. But my people prefers the jellof one cos its more sweeter. The food is rich in protein and also good for the body. Am sure ur boys go like am
