A Call For Help on Aneurysm

 Greetings Stella, 

 I went to a government hospital and I was told I have abdominal aorta aneurysm that needs to be repaired. The doctor suggested abroad but who dash me money for abroad. On my research I find out that it can be done at Cedarcrest hospital, Lagos.

 Please if i can see sponsor to go for consulting there, then when they give me bill for the surgery i can go to my church with it for help. Please i am not a scammer, don't give me money direct, all I need is for a good Samaritan to take me there and pay for the consulting, diagnosis and tests. Please I don't want to die now.

SETTING UP A STANDARD
"If you don't set  a baseline standard for what you will accept in your life, you will find it easy to slip into behaviours  and attitudes or a quality of life that's far below what you deserve". -----Tony Robinson

 Setting up standard is one attribute of human endeavor as it stands to distinguish the character and expertise of a given individual. What is standard? standard is a level of quality or achievement, especially a level that is thought to be acceptable.  It can also be seen as a measure, norm, or model in comparative evaluations.

 Have you ever heard people say to you, your performance or work today is below standard? This is because  when it comes to evaluation, people tend to look out for good or average performance. There is always an expectation desired and required and until that is met, you can never be said to be good in what you have done.

 Why do you set up standard? Setting standard enables you to specify the level of attainment you desire or intend to pursue and accomplish. A good benefits is that it create a niche for you when they are rightly adhere to.

 A great killer of success is COMPROMISE. Compromise is like a substander commodities used in construction, invariably you know the result. Now read what Tony Robinson wrote "I believe most people fail in life simply because they major in minor things, one of life's major lessons is learning to understand what makes us do what we do". Isn't this true?

 If we must direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently. People respond and react to you with the level of knowledge you display towards them. If you want to be treated and accorded nice compliment then set up good and quality standards,  you mustn't  tolerate everything if you ever need to be successful, sometimes you have to be rigid.

 I have never seen someone who compromises standard becomes successful in life. Let your YES be for real and your NO for what they are. You can't have a well laid down standard and compromise your stand or ideology, NEVER.  In compromising, you don't have a clear road map to your pursuit, rather it makes you slip into behaviours and attitude that is far below the quality of life you deserve. 
Finally, when setting standard you ought to 
1. Decide what you want
2. Then take action
3. Check for things that are working and those not working.
4. Always change your approach till you attain or achieve what you want.

 Remember this, good standard are recipes for a successful living.

Write about what you love, what you are passionate about, what frustrates you and even what you hate. I notice that you naturally want to encourage people which is good. Whilst it is great to uplift and encourage, not every one is a motivational speaker/writer. Observe, observe, observe. Be it your environment, people, human behaviour, the changing seasons or rhythm of life. Write as if you are talking with a friend. Practice, experiment and keep going till you find your own authentic voice.

    There's a lot of profit in it if its well packaged.

    Poster who needs HMO plan, let me do small free advert (Diamond bank take note!) Just walk into any branch of diamond bank and ask of their health coverage plan. You'll need to have an account with them (open with 5k plus additional 6k for registering you for the HMO totalling 11k, that's all). With that you can receive treatment for up to 500k in any of the hospitals they cover.

    However,you can access the HMO directly. It's hygiea HMO. Download the app on playstore and see a list of the hospitals under them. They're over 300 here in Lagos alone. Their plan is good but it's far cheaper going through diamond bank. I hear it covers ob/gyn consultations and C's delivery too. Find out more.

    There are other HMOs but this is the one I'm sure of. Hope this helps.

    Other businesses are thriving depending on how you strategize and if you know your worth(by this I mean you should be very good at what you do)

    For example, am into productions of liquid soap, insecticide, laundry starch, shampoo, Hair conditioner etc.
    These are item needed in every home, yes it may not be an everyday thing but one can still sell.

    I started from my home zone to the church by giving out free products(my products are the TRUTH) for sampling,then I started getting positive feedbacks(i have started taking orders already) and then thru advert like this and on all my social media accounts.

    The only challenge sometimes is finance but I decided to use what I have to start up.

    For starters, don't expect much gains as a beginner but when you eventually learn the ropes, then you're good to go.

      I just sold my own remaining crayfish too this afternoon. I will mail Stella when I get home and charge my battery. God bless SDK blog.
      I'm into snacks, snacks sells well if you stay in a busy place. You can also talk to people who sell provisions and drinks so you start supplying them. I also added zobo drinks to it. I'm thinking of adding foodstuff too since the crayfish I sold moved well.

    Other businesses are thriving depending on how you strategize and if you know your worth(by this I mean you should be very good at what you do)

    For example, am into productions of liquid soap, insecticide, laundry starch, shampoo, Hair conditioner etc.
    These are item needed in every home, yes it may not be an everyday thing but one can still sell.

    I started from my home zone to the church by giving out free products(my products are the TRUTH) for sampling,then I started getting positive feedbacks(i have started taking orders already) and then thru advert like this and on all my social media accounts.

    The only challenge sometimes is finance but I decided to use what I have to start up.

    For starters, don't expect much gains as a beginner but when you eventually learn the ropes, then you're good to go.

    You can sell it as high as #6000, that what those on Instagram do, they sell them very high, some #5500.

    Now imagine you buy 20 pieces of Ankara either same pattern or different patterns..

    That's 20 x4300 #86000 and you sell for #5500 x 20= #110000.. That's a profit of #25000.some sell #6000.

    You can also buy the ones of #2000 and sell for 2500 or 3k..
    Depends on the type you want.

    Delivery is just 4k.. You collect them at the nearest airport or post office (Nipost) or bus..

    That's how you can benefit from the sale of Ankara.

    There re other businesses asides from food business that give profit. The one I want to go into is this money transfer business but I don't have capital I'm looking for where I can borrow money with interest or if anybody can invest in me, we will be sharing the profit. I will be using the POS machine from my bank to do it. Banks are far from where I live) People will come to me if they want to send money or withdraw money. I will be helping them to transfer any amount to their person through my POS and they will give me the cash in their hand and I charge them. If they want to withdraw from their account I will give them the cash and then use their ATM to transfer the amount I give them to my own account. For any of this I will be charging them according, the bigger the amount they withdraw or send the bigger the charges. It is very profitable. Anyone living in new site where they are just developing should consider it. All you need is POS, a small space and enough cash to do it

      I have been considering this business too.
      I have a friend who does it, she explained everything to me and I even got the price list of their charges from her.

      It's not only in rural areas that you can do it. People in towns also do it because not everyone who doesn't do Internet or bank transfer has the time to go to the bank or ATM and queue.

      You did not include bills payment in your explanation. People can pay their PHCN, Gotv, Dstv, and other bills through you and you charge them. They might not have the knowledge to do it by themselves on their phones and no time to go to their offices.

      Ola,you don't need to have plenty cash at hand. Early in the morning everyday, you will rush to the bank and withdraw like 50k - 100k or any amount you want to start with and leave some in your account. But when you have plenty customers, you will need plenty cash in the bank and at hand cos the more cash you have to do it, it's more your profit.
      That cash is the money you will use for the running of the business that day. you will also be doing transfer from your own bank account to the recipient and then you will transfer the money back to your own account using your customer's ATM card if the person did not come with cash, this include bills payment. Some don't come with cash. So you will need some in your account. When you exhaust the cash with you, you can go and collect more or if you have an assistant, the person can stay while you rush to the bank and collect more cash, if the day is still young. If it is evening time and you don't have enough security like iron bars that you can lock and attend to people from inside, then you will tell them you are no longer paying cash, only transfers.
      If they are withdrawing #5000, they pay 200 or 300 in some areas. Some can withdraw up to #50,000 and pay #400 or #500 as charges.

    Food business is common because it's broad and covers a wide range of items and have ready buyers too, and with a little capital you can start (eg the crayfish business you empowered some people with).
    However as a bv said up there,there're other businesses that thrive too. I am into kitchen, household and gift items, although it requires a lot of capital to start, it is actually more profitable if you buy from the dealers/importers. Just get a good site/outlet, display your goods beautifully, have variety yet unique items, sell at reasonable prices too. You will make it.
    You can also do it online (online store).

    Whatever business you decide to do, put your heart into it and PACKAGE it very well, it will attract buyers and even make you a household name. Never stop learning, be innovative and don't be afraid to branch out.

    Does BBN ascertain the mental health of housemates BEFORE they get into the show?
    A housemate clearly says 'It's because of pent up anger, emotions etc.etc rada nada rada that led to (verbal abuse of almost 2hrs) but nobody is worried? This pent up kini kan ki kan etc has been on for almost 3 months. This lady talks and fidgets in her sleep. And has been verbally abusive, provocative and demeaning to almost all fellow housemates.
    Why is no one worried about her mental health or the safety of other housemates? This woman is not playacting, this is her real face. BBN has to make money, but should it be at the expense of people's lives?
    Do you know that in saner climes, Cece would have been removed immediately? They don't take threats or even insinuations of threats lightly.
    But Naija na jungle na.
    We don't even value ourselves much less each other so BBN will treat you people like the animals you are. Because this is the kind of rubbish, useless, toxic 'drama' that you like.
    At least none of my family is on the show, so yes you're right, I really should mind my business.

    A lot of business that requires little capital!!!a lot of things are being resold even in the market,u buy from 6pieces for 1500-1700per pair and go to the roads in the market to sell for 2000-2300,I used to buy from the roads to resell(cos nobody will tell u where to get in bulk until u waka reach there)and you sell for 3000-3500 in retail!jewellery sets nko?had bought to sell for a long time before I waka jam d wholesales place with @least #500 difference right in d market before u now do retail ....same as dresses,polo tops etc!!!
