He urged Ndigbo not to vote for APGA in all elections..
Bianca, widow of the late Biafran leader and APGA founder, Dim Chukwuemeka Ojukwu, had signified her interest to represent Anambra South at the Senate in the 2019 elections. However, her aspiration has not gone down well with some people.
Speaking in Bianca’s defence, Uwazuruike cited what he described as “neglect, insult, spite and lack of political regard for the late Dim Ojukwu.”
He said it was the disregard for the late statesman that made APGA to reject his wife, Bianca’s aspiration to the Senate in the 2019 election.
Briefing journalists in Owerri, capital of Imo State after an emergency general meeting with members of MASSOB/BIM on Monday, Uwazuruike decried the “high level neglect and insult” on Bianca by the party’s leadership in Anambra State, adding that it clearly depicts lack of respect and regard for the late hero and founding father of APGA.
Uwazuruike further regretted that in the three senatorial districts, namely, Anambra Central, Anambra North and Anambra South, it was only in Anambra South, where Bianca wanted to represent at the Senate, that the party leadership allowed the conduct of primary election for the senatorial seat.
He said, “APGA leadership in Anambra gave automatic return ticket to Senator Victor Umeh, who presently represents Anambra Central senatorial district.
“They also gave automatic ticket to Anambra North aspirant, but on coming to Anambra South, they allowed primary election to be held between one Ukachukwu, owing to his filial relationship with one of the persons in the corridors of power in the state, against Bianca.
“They intentionally perfected the calculated effort to undermine Ojukwu, his wife Bianca, and the entire Ojukwu family.
This is an affront to Ojukwu; and an affront to Ojukwu is an affront to entire Igbo nation.
“MASSOB/BIM regards APGA as an Igbo party because of the person of Ojukwu. Everybody in Nigeria knows what Ojukwu was to APGA.
“It is pertinent to recall at this point that the son of Ojukwu, Emeka Junior had contested for House of Representatives under APGA, but could not win because he was not given the required necessary support by the party.
“This simply indicated that Ojukwu’s own Anambra people do not regard him and those he left behind.
“With this, APGA should not be seen, taken and regarded again as party for Ndigbo.
“On this premise, we in MASSOB/BIM urge all our members in particular and Ndigbo at large never to vote APGA again in any election in the Southeast.”from punch
Now I know this man is sick, very serious one at that. If they had given automatical ticket to that zone to the person who was there, uwazuruike will still complain. They did it so as to give her chance in which she failed, so what is he even complaining of. Should they have given her automatic ticket in a position she never had? He should go and sit down one place and stop crying like a baby. So because she is Ojukwu wife then everybody should bow down to her or what. Smh....

Maybe you didn't read my comment very well. Ok if they start allocating political office to children and wives of Ojukwu, Zik, Okpara,Ekwueme and co, how do you want other people who aren't related to this people to feel? This is the very reason this country is in mess today.

Ordinary Kemi Adeosun became a minister, meanwhile they passed over a global ambassador to give some trader billionaire somewhere that probably didn't go to school. rochas would rather give power to his son in law than to his daughter. nepotism is bad, but even in corruption igbo men still don't want women to hold power. a tribe with the most intelligent and highest academic performing women, yet they make sure to dwarf their success once marriage level sets in. they'd rather give them money and keep them at home. we can boast of only oby, dora, ngozi iweala, onyiuke and a few others. but in all sectors the south west and north cant even count. That's why women in other tribes divorce freely, it's because they have higher value and more money, their sole worth doesn't lie in marriage. not saying dovirce is great, but there's a reason why Igbo women don't leave, and it's not because they are wiser or face less issues, it's because that's where their worth and security is tied into

Now it's clear that Willie Obiano has been bought by APC and will merge very soon and ukachukwu will return to PDP. APGA is finished. Only Bianca was stopping there plan so they tried assassination then ballot stuffing. Bianca won that primary.
