BORROWING SOMEONE MONEY THIS AFTERNOON
Good day Fam, I know this is out of place, the wrong post but I need you guy's opinion on something, Stella love, pls help me post this.
I have a friend I call "bros", he called yesterday to say he wanted to see me urgently, honestly I was worried because he had never called me like that before. I went to see him and he told me he needed me to loan him some money urgently, he told me the reason and it seemed genuine so I said no problem, I'll bring the money today.
But on reflection, do you guys think it's a good idea? He promised to pay back in January but what if he doesn't? What do I do? Who do I report him to?
The money, though much, is what I have but all my life my good deed has never been rewarded with good, I always regret every good deed, my saying yes to him was my normal response to what I can actually afford and how I think life should be, helping each other but I am scared, the money is much and not what I can let go if he doesn't pay.
Right now, I have people owing me out of my doing "good", people who don't even pick my calls anymore!
What do I do, what do I tell him, how do I get out of this without having regrets?!!!
I'm supposed to see him at noon, I need urgent advice!!!

BETWEEN AS AND AA GUYS
About 2 years ago I was engaged to be married. Even though I was young and not in a hurry at all I really loved him.Prior to that; I had done several genotype tests and they all stated "AA". So it was surprising when we went for general tests together and the results showed i was "AS". I had foreknowledge that this guy is "AS" so you can imagine what that period was like for me. It was depressing for me but luckily with time I got over it.
Fast-forward to now; I live and work in a different city....I am happy with my job and how far I have come but for 2years now nothing at all has looked up for me relationship wise.
Its either I am meeting really wonderful and amazing "AS" guys; or I am meeting "AA" guys who are just ass holes. I am almost an introvert; meeting people.Going out is a chore for me. I worry for myself sometimes (most times actually). I don't know if i need an advice or what or if you should post this or not; but i just want to bare my mind to you. I am 26; and no I am not pressured at all by anybody. I really just want to have a healthy relationship.
Maybe you can post it or you may not and just advice me.I don't know.

I really do not have the strength of chasing people over cash i lent them. If you pay back, fine. If you don't, I leave you to your conscience.
To the AS lady, you can visit one or more hospitals to rightly ascertain your genotype status. I have seen cases of wrong interpretations of such tests from some hospitals. I like the fact that you are not under pressure. However, when the time comes, AA, he should be. Keep your faith strong.

That means no sleep for them till they pay. If they see you before repayment, their mind will skip. Some people will borrow money from you and even organize party in-front of your compound to show you that they have the money to pay but repaying debt is not in their DNA.

ReplyDeleteSo two thieves were caught in my area in the early hours of today. They had broken into a store in another area and carted away cartons of expensive wines, perfumes, jewellery, etc. They had succeeded in leaving the area where they stole and were bringing in the goods into my street where they also have their own store. Vigilante men stopped their car, they now lied that they are returning from business trip. Those ones started questioning them, asked for the receipt they used to buy the things, they could not produce it. They asked them which transport company brought them into Lagos, they mentioned one, the Vigilante men said they should follow them to the transport company's office for confirmation, that was how they started running away, some men who were going to the mosque joined in the chase and caught them. They confessed and were almost lynched before someone called the police. These two men have big stores in my area. Hmmmm
