  6. 😭😭😭😭 Can’t remember.
What I do remember though is that I and my Papa shared these big, spontaneous hugs and screams anytime Naija scored. Lol. One of such was our big goals in Atlanta 96

Being affectionate is what I am teaching these ones. Saying I love you every min. Kisses all the time🙈Big hugs and all.

  22. The last and only time I hugged them was when I was leaving them to my husband’s house. My mum cried ehn.
I wasn’t brought up in that kinda home where u hug ur parents when leaving to school or anywhere.
Even on my wedding day it was weird to me but I had to just do it. I miss their razz selves.

I’m gonna be so cool with my kids that they can’t leave my side without a peck or a hug. Even my husband is that stiff. I don’t blame him though, na kpakororo family wen imm grow.

He will see me face to face and can’t be mushy mushy but immediately I leave his sight or travel, I love u baby” will be flying left right and center & wen he wants to chat me on WhatsApp.

  29. My dad died this month, but I had a very wonderful time with him. He was everything and much more, I spoke with him some minutes on the phone before he died. I cry every mornings because we always have a long session of morning devotion every morning, he was our house pastor, he loved GOD so much. Morning devotions are every emotional now, Mom said he travelled and he will be back that he is not dead. My only consolation is that he died in the Lord. He lives on in our lives now. We will take up the baton from where he left. All what we owe him now is making heaven so we can see him again. He loved singing and dancing, he was a philanthropist. God! In all of these we give God thanks for his faithfulness to us that my father lived to train us in the way of the Lord. Rest on Daddy.

  36. My siblings and I hug and kiss my mum everyday! After my dad passed, with 4 kids under 13, she gave her blood & sweat to provide for us. No day passes by that she doesn't hug or kiss whoever is at home (unless she's on a trip). Unbreakable bond we share.
