ReplyDeleteThe chocolate beverage that Nigerians mostly call "tea" was prohibited in my family home when I was growing up.
We only had tea π΅ with milk and no sugar and a slice of buttered bread for breakfast, sometimes, we added omelette or seasonal fruits to it. That is still the best breakfast I will recommend for anyone in Nigeria.
I noticed back then that people that eat bread and chocolate beverage or pap usually sleep in the class and when I asked my dad, he told me it's because warm chocolate beverage actually relaxes the body, thereby making people to feel dizzy after taking it.
