    1. Yes, I dated my neighbor and he was my first love. We are still very much in love and good friends. He’s married now with kids, he married a Chinese. We broke up because he traveled to China while we were dating to hustle, we continued our relationship for close to 2 years but he wasn’t sure when he would be back cz things over there was still a very much struggling stage so we both decided to quit the relationship, about 4years later he came back to visit Nigeria. We are best friends, he tells me everything and I’m glad he was my first love

You are too judgemental to be a child of God.. someone that never takes correction, always in a hurry to jump into conclusions abt other people's life.

  12. Greatest mistake of my life. I became a married man automatically. No girl dared visit me, even ordinary friends. I had to run away from that hood. Never again. No matter how beautiful your neighbor is, don't ever make the mistake of having any romantic affair with her. It will definitely end in regret.

  13. It's almost as if you read my mind Stella. My neighbour's elder brother just got back from the US and is on my case saying he wants to know my mind before he goes back. I'm still looking sha cos I have never been in ds kinda situation before. I feel weird when he comes to mine and other neighbours see him because non of them knows what my apartment looks like. Can't imagine bumping into him when I step out.

if by any sheer stroke of madness i happen to date a neighbor ,we will only be dating on phone and if we see ourselves outside.

  21. Dated my neighbour's friend. Grave mistake.

The neighbour probably because of this, felt I was cheap and long after I had broken up with this friend, he tried to sleep with me when I visited him in his house.

Honestly, the only luck I had that day was that he wasn't a rapist because I may have been a victim of rape today.

    1. That neighbor is an ass! How does that make you cheap? He 'll probably still tryna smash even if you were still dating his friend.

    3. Yes! I am in a serious relationship with my neighbor. It's been beautiful and I am enjoying every bit of it.

Never say never because sometimes God makes the work easier for you by bringing him/ her to your doorstep.

I am not the kind to keep friends around my neighborhood but for him I had to make an exception. I saw what I have in front me and just I couldn't help it.

I moved into the neighborhood first and a few months later he moved into the house closest to mine.

We are both professionals so they is nothing like see finish syndrome at play, besides he travels quite a lot too.

Most people marry their neighbors and it works out well for them. My friend married her neighbor and a sister to another friend of mine also married her neighbor. It happens.

    6. No Don! you are wrong. It's when you engage in premarital sex that you feel uncomfortable. It's strictly platonic and we are good. A lot of my people I know got married that way. Simply because it didn't work for you doesn't mean it won't work for others.

Oh anon! Please I am not married and I am not a man.
Kindly go back and read on the man who treats his wife right. This is what happens when you don't read through. You Saw my name and automatically assumed I was the man.

I copied and pasted that on in house news from the main post. Kindly go back to the main post,
      Thanks.
Sabella is a feminine name as you can see. Please I don't want drama and yes everyone has a doppelganger it's a none issue or is it because it's omotola, so now it's a crime?

    1) Marriage wasn’t priority then.

    3) he became possessive and controlling
That was the first and last Neighborhood relationship I had.

  26. Never again

Dated a neighbor then in school and it ended in tears due to irreconcilable differences from both our end...

After we moved on(or so i thought she did🀦🏽‍♂️) whenever she saw me with anyone or i had a female visitor, it was one drama or another, always trying to paint me bad to any new neighbor that moved into the hostel, told most different version of why we could not work, always guilt tripping me because i thought we were both matured to still be friends, since we were in the same hostel and stuff, but i regreted it later and because of her our shared friends and neighbours were always uncomfortable,so it made me move out of the hostel...She later apologised last year and blamed it on love and her being emotionally immature then, and she is happily married with 2 kids now😊

But with all that went down within a year between us,am fully convinced its a very terrible idea to date a neighbor unless you are fully convinced they are the one😍
