    1. It's called kpokpo garri by isoko and uhrobos, its processed similarly to the way garri is processed instead of frying like garri it is sun dried.

    My delta people also eat it with Edible worm....

  25. There's this snack they make out of cassava in Imo State. It's made with ground cassava, pepper, onions and salt and fried in oil. We call it akara akpu. Who knows how it is made please? I've tried to make it without success. It always comes out bitter and wet unlike the one I buy in Imo State. I'm in Lagos now and I so miss it. Who can teach me?

    Am indifferent, it is too hard and dry, My in-laws usually buy it when they visit Avaria, especially the ground but.

    And to think that I've been in Abuja for a year plus and I still haven't tasted them.

    There was one lovely cikin nama I tasted many many years ago. Oh myyyyyyy.
