Actress Nkiru Umeh Says Govt Workers Are Asking For Bribe To Let Them Keep Rubbles From Abule Ado Explosion.

Actress Nkiru Umeh and her family survived the Abule Ado pipeline explosion that claimed many lives months back and she has not stopped praising God in her posts on Instagram.

Today she is complaining the government workers are blackmailing them over their rubbles......

She posted further...

''After loosing over N200m worth of properties and goods. No compensation from the government. Yet they are heartless enough to be traumatizing the already traumatized residents by showing up to demolish the remains of their buildings and refuse to leave the broken blocks and rods from their own buildings built with their hard work. Why not let the owners of these buildings at least sell these stuffs and make some money.

All the properties lost to the Abule ado Festac explosion, no compensation yet. Then stop disturbing them with your bulldozers damn it😡😡 imagine negotiating with a government official on how much to pay for you to leave the remains of blocks and rods from your own building. They demolish and sell it all. That’s the business that has been going on in Abule ado Festac.

The owners of the buildings didn’t even get to sell even broken blocks from their buildings. They sold it all yet no compensation to anyone. Your pipeline freaking destroyed peoples properties😡😡 I weep for this country''.

    1. I remember when my purse was stolen! it containes some good amount of money, all my atms and ID cards. I was so traumatized. I rushed to the police station to make an official report. they charged me 2500 to write report with my own hand oooh! It was written by me on ordinary white paper! Can you imagine. I asked the officer what the money was for that couldn't he see that I was already traumatised. Heck, my stolen purse contained everything! The man said that i'm not serious, that i'm not ready to write the report nah! Can you imagine. The money I was even using to run around then was borrowed from my mom. Honestly, this country needs serious restructuring. By the time you think of all the hassles, you won't want to do anything!

  10. This one is very painful, when will this people in the name of govt workers allow us to rest.

    I understand her very well

In 2017, I lost a car in fire accident. It got burnt to ashes but I had a comprehensive insurance. I also when to the closest police station to report the incident and they sent a police man to the scene when the car was still inflames. He saw and witnessed it.

I called the insurance company and sent pictures so my account officer requested that I get a police report to file for claims.

The police man in charge requested 7k to put the report together but I finally spent 12k. To sign the report, the DPO said I should pay 100k😳. I screamed and he asked me to lower my voice and just pay 50k

I begged for 10k, they said no, na million I wan collect, reminded him I was the one paying premium. He said na money them take make money 😂that they will get me a report that will help me recover my money lol.

I left to later return with my husband who told the DPO to sign the report for 15k he refused, my husband said 25k, he said no that it's 50k or nothing.

I called my account officer and as I was telling her, she put the phone on speaker and her supervisor heard everything. He told her to tell me to submit the car keys and the documents/insurance certificate without the police report and if there is need for they will get to the police station themselves for the report.

My fellow bvs, the insurance company said since car was burnt beyond repair no need for police report, they investigated the carcass at the scene and questioned witnesses around the scene and that was it

Na so the police officers no see dime because of greed😂😂😂

Nigeria is in shambles...govt employs are something else
