    5. Y'all should calm down! Ms. Ngọzi Iweala paid a visit to President Buhari in Aso Rock few days ago.

Whether we like him or not, she needs his voice and support.

Y'all should look beyond your hatred for him.

She's vying for the position of director general of the world trade organisation WTO and her opponent even though not as strong as her, but, she's got the support of Western countries and Western media.

I personally want Ms. Ngọzi to win this come October 27th, she needs our voice and support.

    6. Ms A, was it not after he found out that it wasn't a position for Northern dullards and rogues, but one that demanded real and on the spot intelligence that he was forced to present her? So, this is not about hatred or biase but reality.

Ngozi Okonjo Iweala is way too big and intelligent to need President Buhari for any form of advancement in her career and the international community...

  2. They better make sure they don't spoil things for her!

On the 27th is the final day

I wish Ms. Ngọzi Iweala success

  3. Does he need to inform us all these?
Does Ngozi need his phone calls to world leaders?
All the world bank posts Ngozi held in the past, did Nigerian fed. govt.
    put her there?
If Ngozi was this good in your books, why didn't you bring her into your cabinet as
    finance minister or ?

    1. She definitely does.World leaders like Buhari cos of the fact that he’s not corrupt. They know Nigeria’s history of corrupt leaders and see him as an exception so they listen.Sad thing is that it takes more than not being corrupt to lead a country like Nigeria and Buhari has come short in the other attributes.

    7. I stand with Chisom, he should stop making it look like he has a choice. If he did, why didn't he leave the Northerner who's been Nigerias representative at the WTO for over 12 years to view for the position??

Of a truth, NOI is too big for Buhari to be wanting to use for clout chasing...

  5. Odiegwu, you think this one is Nigerian politics that can be influenced?
She doesn't have to depend on you before she wins.
Her legacy is already speaking for her.

    1. But, she needs the support of everyone.

I don't know if you have been following up the WTO nomination/voting process, the South Korean woman's name is on everyone's lips in western countries.

We need to also talk about her on our media.

    2. Majority just know they must abuse Buhari but the woman herself knows she needs her president. Wailers ara yín là rí wo wá.

  7. Look at this shameless, delusional man; the butterfly that thinks himself a bird. See his mouth like "phone calls and letters", you think this is like politics in your shit hole country where you can use bullion vans to rig elections? Nonsense.

And you really think you are that influential to curry support in favour of Okonjo-Iweala from renowned and reputable world leaders? Better face your business before your business faces you.

    2. Snarker ask Okonjo herself if she doesn't need Buhari. He is your president and you can't change that till next election God preserve his soul and body.

  9. Will bubus recommendation really count? Being that she hasn't worked with him? Abi na Oga Jonathans recommendation will count?? Being that they worked together!!
NGOI I wish you the best but I just hope that the nation's record of corruption will also not mess things up for you too!! God help our beloved country as we no get another one!!!

  10. ALL THE BEST MA.

  11. Surely, there must be other younger and qualified women in Nigeria who can fill this post. Why would a 66 year old grandmother be the only option? She has been the managing director of the World bank, among other distinguished positions. At her age and with her accomplishments, she should have nominated other younger qualified women. Others should be given an opportunity, in my opinion.

    1. Go and post this about your president...just pray to be this active when you get to her age...mtcheww

    2. How do you even make sense? Go and nominate yourself nah! You think it is your village women chairlady post she is vying for.

    3. Arunmah Oteh would have also been a good candidate but, she lacks the exposure and experience. Such position demand an intimidating CV matched with proven track record.
Presently, she's the only one I can think of besides Emeka Anyaoku who by the way is much older...

  12. I have a feeling she won't get it because she is Nigerian. I wish her the best she is better qualified

    1. Yes anonymous, you've got a point! She's better qualified

      I wish her success too

    2. Whether she is Nigerian or not, her qualifications and accomplishments are known all over the world.

It's just a pity this zombie president destroyed everything she did when she was minister.

      I hope she gets it.

  14. Because President Buhari has no choice order than to follow other supportive great people.
Whether Buhari is in support or not she has strong support already that fight for her because she has made her ways before the Buhari becomes Nigerian president
