Justice Okon Abang, who made the order, also issued a bench warrant for his arrest “anywhere he is sighted by security agencies.”
Justice Abang, in addition, issued a summon on Faisal’s surety, Rep. Sani Umar Dan-Galadima, who represents Kaura Namoda Federal Constituency of Zamfara, to appear before the court on Wednesday, to show cause why the bail bond should not be forfeited.
The court had, on Nov. 26, 2019, admitted Faisal to bail in the sum of N60 million with a surety in the like sum who must be a member of the House of Representatives.
Dan-Galadima had deposed to an affidavit of means, on Dec. 11, 2019, to always come to court at every adjourned date and produce Faisal in court.

Instead of terming them flight risk,they were left to their devices;they would rather hold on to the passports of Nigerians seeking ways to better the country. Really don't blame them as they see us as gullible beings, very soon we would be nominated at various showbiz ceremonies both national and internationally for having very unserious leaders.
ReplyDeleteStella all na format. The property submitted for their bail was 500 million when they stole billions. Theuvdidnt expect that the court will ask the surety to be remanded in prison until the property is sold and I bet you that the 500 million will appear without stress so the surety can walk away. If they are serious, they should flag Interpol and seek for their repatriation.
