    Good morning and a happy New Week To Us all.
    A friend sent this to me on WhatsApp and i thought to share.


    Before King Ahmed of Ottoman went to war, he locked his wife (the beautiful Queen) in a private room and gave the key to his best friend Mousa and said: "If I'm not back in four days, open the room and she's yours ... "

    He climbed on his horse and gallops off towards the battlefield. Half an hour later, the King noticed a cloud of dust behind him. He stopped and saw his friend galloping very fast towards him.

    "What's wrong ?" Asked the King. Out of breath, his friend Mousa responded: "You gave me the wrong key"

    😳What????

    Can you imagine 😳

    He didn't even wait for the said 4days before trying the keys.

    Be careful with the one you consider your best "friends" and whom you think you can entrust them with your hard earned treasure - they could be wishing you dead soon and hopefully inherit your God-given fortune!

    This motherhood thing is hard sha. Quite hard. Yesterday was my birthday and I didn't even have time to acknowledge it until much later. Why?

    Yesterday was also my daughter's dedication. She refused to sleep early the previous night and just wanted to suck all through. I eventually had to put her on my back at midnight before she finally slept. I then slept a few minutes before 4am to wake up 5.30am to start prepping us for church. Meaning that in an entire day, I slept for less than two hours.

    My birthday came much much later after we were back from church and I had done the whole drama of getting her fed and asleep.

    It's still the most amazing birthday gift tho.

    Good morning beautiful people. Mothers are really trying, one morning i went to drop my niece in school, we saw where a mother that came to drop her kid was shouting and reporting to a teacher. Her son refused taking his bath, so she just wore him his uniform and dragged him to school. The owner of the school just ordered a teacher to get water and soap and they gave the boy a cold bath in the presence of other pupils after which they trashed him very well. I refused to go o cause I was enjoying the whole drama.God bless our mothers. Have a nice day ahead good people

      They reduced his self confidence by degrading him so much in front of others....and then they trashed him? Tomorrow now that child will grow up with mental issues and not believing in themselves and more problems with inferiority complex and no one will know its started from home and climaxed into that nonsense that happened in school....
      when a child refuses to have his or her bath, there r many ways to find out why and many ways to trick them into doing it and not shouting and trying to force them..
      motherhood is not a joke,dont venture into it and damage the child life...be ready,be patient be prepared.

      Na true you talk. In fact, reading so many books has made me drop so many motherhood training methods I thought were okay. Now I am more conscious and cautious of my words, body language and actions. Very quick to apologize to them when I overreact and commend them when they do well.
      Motherhood will keep you constantly on your toes, there's no time to slack.

      Stella you are so correct.

      That woman failed her son. How old is he that she can't enforce disciplinary measures in curbing bad behaviour. Even in the coldest of weather in the north those growing up days, my mother will insist we bathe as least once a day and she will supervise it. If the boy is too stubborn, discipline him yourself instead of damaging him mentally by this public humiliation. That child will never remain the same. That's how monsters are created, imagine the humiliation before his peers. Parents, please sit up and start training your children yourselves, the teachers can only do the little they can, the main responsibility of training our children rests with us - values, morals, standards must be imbibed from the home. Stop shifting your responsibilities to teachers and care givers.

      The woman didn't do the right thing at all. She made them bathe him in front of his peers which is so wrong. Common! So she can't instill discipline in her son? A teacher had to do her job for her? She has failed that child. I hope she will know what she did is wrong and make things right with her son. Lord help her.

    Hmmm motherhood is stressful but a lovely experience and Blessing..
    Been babysitting my cousin's two boys since Thursday...it's still amazed me how they lovely love me... especially the a year and six months baby...and this is the first time they are seeing me... Really blood is thicker than water...their mum was afraid they won't cope ... But it's as if they don't notice her absence...
    I just can't wait to get married and start having kids...
