    2. In Nigeria if there is no blood, swelling or convulsion ,injuries visible to the human eye it is spiritual ..lol..high blood pressure and hypertension and cardiac arrest us not in their dictionary of sickness

    2. This here is the problem. How can you have cardiac arrest before hbp. Everybody should check their BP every week if not everyday. You may not be as healthy as you look or think.

  21. As a people we don't have the culture of going to the hospital, except when we are very sick. Ideally we should go to the hospital for comprehensive checkups at twice a year. We pretend to be too busy , eventually when we fall sick we go to the chemist and self medicate. Then we go to private hospitals that will over bill us and sell Gestid for us for 7,000. Ordinarily, doctors in the private hospitals ought to refer us to general/ central hospital or teaching hospitals when it becomes obvious that they can't treat us, they won't refer us until we longer have money to spend.

    There are now pharmacists who help check Bp, sugar level everywhere and the cost is cheap. Some of us drink herbal mixtures everyday that may eventually destroy our organs. May the good lord rest his soul
