    2. A country where the people are more committed to watching BBNaija and gathering money to buy gifts for their favourite housemate, nothing can be done. The state of Nigeria is a result of the people's PRIORITIES!

    3. He has absolutely no idea what to do with Nigeria. Ngwanu, since you don't know what to do, put square pegs in square holes, he said no, went and gathered his village peer group that are as ignorant as him. That is why we are where we are today

  5. My opinion
Aunty naira will be save when those agitating to make all Nigerians to be one religion of their are left alone to be Nigerians and others agitating to hold have their independent go.

Then the eyes of them that said Nigeria is their will save Aunty by fire by force or they will slaves to countries supporting them

  10. Producing and exporting is the solution to the dollar wahala, that is why the FG is heavily backing Dangotes refinery.

    1. You think Dangote will save FG.. You will be shocked. He will keep the earnings outside the shores of NIGERIA.... This is business and he will make the best business decision for his company.

    2. You're right on this, but don't forget Dangote will do or make decisions that will benefit his business.

  13. And to think this dumb Apc president and Vice President campaigned against pdp in 2015 that $216 is N1 and kept on cursing out pdp for impoverishing Nigerians, see how it has been with this clueless, incompetent and old cargoes Apc. Nigerians Arise and go for qualified, competent and young President and Vice President Peter Obi and Yusuf so we can get out of this dungeon Apc has plunged us into because if we make any mistake in 2023 elections we will all die in this country in the next 8 years. Vote wisely. There is no solution with Apc and Pdp. A word is enough for the wise.

  15. I'm not saying that Peter Obi is perfect like Jesus, what I'm saying is that Nigeria has never had a presidential candidate this good. Of all the presidential candidates, he's the best We will have ourselves to blame if we don't get out PVC and vote for him.

  17. We are too reliant on dollar in this country, safe reality.
The incoming president is to going to have to step on a lot of big toes to get this country working again.
We need to first cut down on importation, it's a major reason people need dollars. Woo, this country is complicated right now.

    1. You know nothing about economics.. Importation is not the problem. The problem is leadership and political will to do the right thing. The biggest problem is oil subsidy. This is the biggest scam. What we earn in dollars from exporting crude is paid to oil importers. 2) Cost of governance and inflated contracts.. 3) We borrowed for consumption and not for capital projects or investments. NIGERIA has borrowed 100billions, where is it ? If you DUBAI borrowed 100billion, you can very much expect A NEW MEGA CITY that draws tourist and fetch more revenues for the country.. WE HAVE AN INCOMPETENT LEADER AND CORRUPT HOUSE OF ASSEMBLE...

      IMPORTATION IS NOT THE PROBLEM...

  22. It’s more than a president! Keep spending forex to import wigs, flower vases, decoration and cheap clothes and shoes. It’s because there is near zero manufacturing or export taking place compared to imports in Nigeria. If they ban all importation people will complain but if you buy from outside all the time your currency will have no value. It’s basic e inimical as e Euronext is in trading & importation. Very few export to bring in FX. The little FX is from oil and the very people in diaspora that remit $billions to Nigeria annually ($17.2bn in 2020 and $19.4bn in 2021).

Appreciate diaspora Nigerians because it could be at N1500 by now as theirs goes into the economy more than the one looted by corrupt officials & contractors who steal and take it here to shop while we se d ours into Nigeria! All those who import junk clothes & stuff are culpable. Start manufacturing & exporting to neighboring countries, even if you start with Aso oke textiles

    1. This is the truth! People don’t even understand that the value of dollar itself in the U.S has depreciated. And America is going through it’s own inflation and cost of living is higher over here. And since everything is imported to Nigeria. It will also affect Nigerians

    2. How do you expect people to manufacture things when even the most basic thing light is not there. Without light there is a very huge problem. When they fix the light then most people will be able to afford their running cost. I say this because I have seen my sister try to run a fashion school and the amount she spends on fuel makes it difficult to maintain. Every African country has always had constant light except Nigeria in 21st century.

    3. Sorry hun, every African country doesn’t have access to constant electricity but Nigeria can definitely do better in that area.
