  3. Playing with my ear lobe, the left one. Playing with my hair until it tangles and thereby cutting. Even if I plait my hair, I must look for a way to bring out few strands to play with.

  11. FYI.
“ Trichotillomania (trik-o-til-o-MAY-nee-uh), also called hair-pulling disorder, is a mental disorder that involves recurrent, irresistible urges to pull out the hair”

“ Onychophagia, which often results in visible damage to fingernails, cuticles, and the surrounding skin, may occur on its own or may co-occur with other body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), such as hair pulling (trichotillomania) or skin picking (excoriation disorder). Symptoms of onychophagia are both psychological and physical. In addition to a compulsive urge to bite their nails, people who chronically bite their nails may experience:
distressful feelings of unease or tension prior to biting, feelings of relief or even pleasure after biting”

“ The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, categorizes chronic nail biting as other specified obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), classified in the same group as compulsive lip biting, nose picking, and hair pulling (American Psychiatric Association, 2013).Sep 17, 2020”
