      It’s not normal
The useless Atlanta embassy for nigeria was asking ladies to wear a scarf around their neck. No it’s not because the tops were revealing. They said it was instruction from Abuja. Nigeria is not a Muslim country . Abuja should not be making ladies wear scarf to take passport pictures
      This is how Iran started.

  2. Passport office should also ban heavy makeovers to capture people's real faces! Some makeovers distort facts.

  5. Is a normal procedure, I was told when I applied for my own passport not to come with lashes and heavy makeup on the day of capturing.

One time someone posted here dressing with hair style when you want to go for capturing. I remember bvs told that poster what to wear and what not to wear, including her hair color.

We should stop tweeting everything on social media, no big deal to this.

  8. It's standard practice at NIS.
If you tint your hair blond or any other colour which you didn't indicate as your natural hair colour, you will have to remove the offending hair by wearing a black wig(which they rent out there for such lol)

  9. No it is not normal. Y’all should stop excusing nonsense because you are used to being treated badly by power hungry officials in Nigeria. Lashes, maybe, if too bogus. But hair…no civilized country will ask you to take your braids out before the picture because they aren’t your hair colour. Does that mean you’ll never travel with hair that’s another colour, just to match your passport? Rubbish.
