  1. Ermmm...This isn't factual. Exercise DOES contribute extremely much to losing weight. One can diet all she wants and wouldn't see much difference in body weight. But the moment you incorporate exercises in your routine, you will notice a huge difference, even in as little as a week.

    1. Story. I never worked out for a day but changed my diet. Removed all carbs and soda and alcohol and focused on white and lean meat with more vegetables, drank a lot of cucumber based water, Haney, I dropped from size 14 to small 10 in 90days. Please stop misleading people if you haven’t tried it 🙄🙄.

It's true, you need to be on a calorie deficit to lose weight, I started this and lost 10kg in 2 months, while still eating my favorite foods but ensured I consume only 1500Kcal a day, though I exercise but diet is the game changer when it comes to weight loss. If you exercise without changing your diet, you won't lose weight!

    5. This is 100% fact! My spouse lost over 20kg through regulated eating and intermittent fasting, no exercise. I tried it and archived my desired weight. All the tight clothes I thought I would have to give away are now my size.

  3. Exercise has so many advantages but aiding in weight loss is the least of them. You're what you eat.

    Exercise helps to eradicate depression, anxiety, and random sicknesses. Exercise helps you live healthy and prepare for old age, exercise gives you a toned and firm body, exercise gives you extraordinary strength and gets rid of fatigue easily. So many to mention.

    It's the food you eat, as in your diet that determines how you become in the sense of weight and the rest.
