These ladies like Chiomagoodhair that travel a lot and glam up; don't they see their periods? How do you move up and down during period when everything is happening to you; plus pad changing and co. And bathing three times.

Sanitary towels are now aot flatter, or you can use tampons/Tampax.
Except you have serious period cramps, nausea etc life goes on.
19:26, for someone like me with the heavies, your question makes a lota sense to me. Like I think this about stuff I see in pictures and on telly too. I know what I go through, so I wonder. But I know some people don't really have the heavies. I will appreciate sisters who do who can mention how they cope and still glam it up. I am thankful for what I have learnt from SDK Blog Visitors. 🙏🏾

@19:26 some of us are fortunate, the menses just flow without any cramps or that heavy flow.
Also tampons and menstrual cups are a thing, definitely reduces leakages and stains.
Some people are natural sadists. See small simple innocent question; some are cross questioning and throwing nasty words.

DeleteMy 1st 2days are a complete mess. If they are work days; I leave office by 12pm because my boss is aware or else I will faint there for him.
I don't just up and travel. I must crosscheck dates and make sure the days are free.
That is why I wonder how ladies like this do it.
