A former Governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, has said he will not allow a Chinese company, Zhongshan Fucheng Industrial Investment Co. Limited, to scam Nigeria. In a statement on Saturday titled ‘Zhonfu firm is an imposter, it’s Chinese against Chinese dispute’, Amosun stated that Zhongfu has no legal right to appropriate any Nigerian asset.


 A section of the popular Kaura Modern Market, located opposite the Prince and Princess Market in the Kaura District of Abuja, was on Friday night gutted by fire. It was gathered on Saturday that the fire, which reportedly started at about 11 pm, razed about 40 shops, with items such as foodstuff, appliances and household items lost in the inferno.
