Rapper Diddy Trial - Week 2 Day 3 Was A Display Of The Best Legal Teams

MUST READ
''Guys, it's looking like Diddy could win his case.
What his lawyers did in court on this day was phenomenal.

See, it's no longer about whether he's a m∆nst£r as described by the prosecution or the evidence displayed.

It's a battle of the best legal teams!

Kid Cudi was supposed to come but he sent an email the night before that he won't be coming. (Remember this is day 3, he came on day 4).
However, a Homeland Security Officer named Garland and a doctor testified.

HOMELAND SECURITY GARLAND

He was among those who raided Diddy's house.
He found a pair of 7-inch red heels & xxx toys in the master closet.

All colours of pills in a black Gucci bag - they tested positive for (ecstasy, molly, Xanax, crystal me°th, MDMA, mushrooms, coke and ketamine).

(That's so much dr∆gs for a 56-year-old man, perhaps he was using them to put people in a certain state for the fr##koffs)

25 bottles of baby oil, 31 bottles of Astroglide (what's the obsession with these? In the hotel, now in the house)

A p'stol, b¥llets.

DEFENCE (DIDDY'S FEMALE LAWYER)

Defence: Did you take photos of the evidence?

Security: No

Defence: How're you going to prove that the guns are a thing?

Security: 🤷🤷

Defence: You don't know whose drugs those are. We don't have any context to make them as evidence.
Nothing much came out of this session. But the next one was hot.

DOCTOR DAWN HUGHES

The prosecution called their clinical psychologist Dr Dawn. A woman with a lot of degrees and over 30 years of experience.
Her role was to analyze the mental stability of the said victims, and break down their trauma.
She clarified that she didn't know the people involved (hmm).
At first the defence kept objecting.

They didn't want her to discuss trauma so it doesn't appear that everybody involved with Diddy didn't make their own choices with clear minds, but as a result of trauma responses.
For example, Cassie staying despite everything because she didn't know how to get out of her tra¥ma. You get?

Well, the objection was overruled so Dr Dawn continued.

She said all it takes is one form of ab¥se, once it happens, your brain tells you you don't want to have this feeling of ab#se again, so you'd cower down.
"If you've been hit you wouldn't fight back"

According to her, these are all trauma responses.
Such folks could also use dr∆'gs as coping mechanism.

Remember, Cassie talked about how she'd take opioids to go numb and just let the f-off happen and feel better with it.
Making the person happy, in this case Diddy, was a form of tr@¥ma response.

Dr Dawn said "love and attention create some instant psychological bond that makes it hard to leave. It's not just about the hitting"
But wasn't that how Diddy rolled with her?
Ab#$e, then love bomb her with gifts and affection.

And probably have her thinking, maybe it's me, maybe it's my fault. He's not so bad after all. In other words, creating a tra#ma bond.
The woman was really TEACHING!

She said it could also make the victim not to have their thoughts all together.
Having been intimidated and mentally and emotionally ab∆£ed.

(Could that be a reference to singer Dawn, who was all over the place in her testimony, forgetting stuff?
Because Diddy gave her two different careers (Danity Kane and Dirty Money) and snatched them from her?)

Well, remember Dr Dawn doesn't know these people

She said seshu@l ab#$e is the most traum#tizing because it's private and most people don't speak up because of shame.
"They also don't want to think about it, so they internalize it." (Cassie right?)

She schooled the court on financial ab#se, sabotaging the victim's ability to be financially free.
Like, I'm buying everything for you because you have nothing and I can take it away from you.
As a result they have anxiety, they're walking on egg shells, they just stay.

Well, this is what Cassie was saying.
The seizing of her passport and stuff. So again, she fits.
As well as other people around Diddy who depended on him.

All of these forms of abuses and tr@¥ma could make people fall for certain things, including the tr_ff--cking and coercion.
That was the case that Dr Dawn was making and the defence didn't like that AT ALL.

THE DEFENCE COMES FOR DR DAWN

Defence: You don't know anything about this case?

Dr Dawn: No

Defence: So you're basically giving generalized information on this case, you've never met Ms Cassie Ventura, never talked to her, so you don't know if she was ab#$ed or not.

They told her there have been cases where people would fake their tra#ma for monetary reward.

Defence:
You know you have to sit and analyse people to know if they're telling the truth or not if they're in the court system, correct?

Dr Dawn: Correct.

Defence: So why are you here?

Dr Dawn: I had to do what I had to do because they (the government) got me here.

Defence: Are you sure you don't know anything about this case?

Dr Dawn: Yes

Defence: They didn't give you the transcripts? Cos it says you went over the transcripts.

Dr Dawn: Oh... I went over the transcripts for my part.

*It starts to get hotter... Grab some popcorn*

Defence: Oh! You went over it for your part. Hmm... Well, it also says here that you were educating the prosecution on how they should present to the lawyers.

(That's to say she was coaching them on how to present the evidence so they make a strong case)

Dr Dawn: Well, that was just for my part.

Defence: But you said you were coming as a 'blind expert'.

Meanwhile, you had 6 meetings with the prosecution after Cassie testified.
(Meaning, she was brought to juice up her testimony)

(Defence lawyer continues)

"Aren't you paid by the Federal government, the same ones paying these prosecutors? (They're implying that she was biased - they say, he who pays the piper dictates the tune).

Diddy's legal team wh@¢ked her from another direction.

Defence: Have you ever defended or evaluated a man going up against domestic violence charge?

Dr Dawn: No, I don't evaluate perpetrators.

Defence: Oh see, you're not a fair judge of character because you've already deemed my client (Diddy) as a perpetrator.

They said "ma'am, you're a clinical and forensic psychologist right?"

Dr Dawn: Correct. 60 percent of my income comes from sitting in court and 40 percent from doing the work.

Defence: Is it safe to say the majority of your income comes from being a professional witness? You get paid $600 per hour, you got $6000 today.

THE ULTIMATE FINISHER

Defence: "Basically, you're not really a teacher. Your job is to sit and testify on cases and spew the same regurgitated generalised information regarding tra#ma.
You don't really practice psychology anymore.
You just go from case to case repeating what you just did today.

The jury should not be listening to you because YOU'RE JUST SIMPLY AT WORK.

Your honour, no further questions!"

Damn!

Diddy's lawyers are standing on business.

  3. Defence counsel are sometimes insufferable but they get the job done regardless

I sometimes don’t like how the Law works sometimes because it’s dependent on their Rules and Principles
